I give this property ALLLL the stars because I am absolutely dazzled by it! The apartments and amenities are amazing. The few times we've been here to tour, the ladies in the office have been fabulous (shoutout to Vanity!!) with answering all the questions and concerns. So, I know that in order to have beautiful appliances and an extraordinary living space you will pay extra for it. It's an understandable part of life, AND if you do love luxury and brand new, they just built a whole section of apartments!! There's garages you can rent as well ($90). The closets are fancy, the countertops are granite (I THINK that's what she said), the walls have hooks on the inside for hanging your tv... so many bells and whistles. There are also "regular" apartments and apartments with attached garages which we were very interested in the latter. We wanted our own parking space and the privacy of a garage sounds right up our alley. BUT like I said, if you want fancy things you've got to pay for the fancy things. And my husband and I decided we'd like to not spend all our paychecks just on our living situation, that we'd like to have extra for travel as well. Which is why we ended up deciding not to move here after all, as heartbreaking as it is. I found out there's also a mandatory $114/month on top of the base rent for valet trash, community fee, MAA connect (spectrum cable with premium channels) and high speed Internet. It's NOT an outrageous amount at all, that is about comparable to what we pay where we are now, it's just paid separately. Also, you'll pay water and sewage which is allocated and billed on the rent statement. I would move here in an instant if I were making what I was before COVID19 struck, but I'm not so we can't right now. However, I know that many people can and I strongly suggest you move here! This is the nastiest filthiest stinkiest community. Whatever building you in; your building- you, your clothes, your hair, your furniture, your groceries your food, your closet your kitchen cabinets will smell TOXIC, and you will hear and know every detail surrounding you in a very DISMAL EXPERIENCE. Everything in this building for the last 20years is filth that has not ever fully been cleaned properly- A REGULARLY SMELL OLD PET URINE I WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND CAN SMELL IT. I CAN SMELL IT WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR, - along with my nasty neighbor - it's filth piled upon filth piled upon filth. They don't allow the maintenance guys any sort of budget to replace things like a normal replacement as needed, nope if they replace anything they're gonna dig it out of a dumpster or get it from restore off the sidewalk marked down to a dollar . I have found Living in the Roanoke area in established communities they are the most ghetto communities and pay over $2,000. I have a neighbor that smells like butt, burning rubber and a dumpster. He is the filthiest nastiest hoarder. You will feel nauseated and sick most of the time you live here because every vent is connected to every townhouse and apartments . Apartment 312 is a townhouse that is absolutely the filthiest stinkiest nastiest place you could ever live. You will be sick. I have broken out in sores on my body and eye pustules from smelling the nasty toxic smell. I've spent over $1000 in air filters and hotel atomizers. When you use a proper air quality device or app the air quality is so poor. It's considered red in a dangerous zone. The neighbors who are constantly noisy abrupt. When people pull in the garage, blaring their stereos for hours and they're stinky nasty smoke filled cars. - fills up your house . I literally have to park my car outside because the stench of my neighbor is so bad that it fills up my car. I have to leave regularly while I'm at work because of the neighbor noise that they they will not do anything about it so don't even think you will have have any sort of support to live peacefully. If you pay your rent on time you're quiet and you follow the rules you are of no consequence to them. They don't care. They just want people in here paying the rent. They don't care if they're illegals, filthy, drug users and sex offenders - the buildings fill with toxic orders, weed and you will not be able to get the smell out of your clothes out of your hair out of your bed. Its putrid and noisy constant subwoofers will shake your walls on a regular basis. They will do nothing about it. They don't care.. MAA also has a criminal history Indian owned and were fined at the beginning of this year 64 million for deceptive practices in Leasing, the charges were brought by the Department of Justice. YOU WILL BE PAYING THIS BILL. The maintenance guys are the only good thing and Jesse and a few of the employees. The manager is a complete idiot- think of the stupidest person you've ever met in your life, and then double it that would be Crystal Munoz the manager. She literally came in my apartment and told me to my face that weed odor does not linger. Even though Realestate has published billions in corporate losses with tens of thousands of commentaries on the damages done to property by stinky nasty people and weed smoke damage. Even the water comes out dirty. I can honestly say in every home I've ever lived in and owned, and the very few that I have leased. I have lived at Copper Ridge since 2023. Whenever I have an issue and Andrea Traughber answers the phone, I know my problem will be solved! She is so on point with resident requests. I truly love living here. I feel safe and the community is beautiful. But the best part is the great support received from the office staff and the wonderful maintenance staff. This was a great property. Things have changed drastically since they opened the new section. The current management team ( ~10/2022) came in and cranked down on ridiculous rules. If you are considering renting here I would suggest looking around. I DO NOT recommend Coppsr Ridge apartments. One thing I forgot to add: With all of the police activity on property, this place may actually be a satellite police station. There are police at this property roughly 2 times a week sometimes more. read more

TITLE: The maintenance people are always riding the golf cart or parked on their cell phones and watching videos or chatting with friends instead of cleaning up trash or working. Hello, this review is very late, you should how bad the MAA properties in Roanoke, TX and the other MAA locations in the DFW areas are dirty, not maintained well at all. I am going to upload some photos on GOOGLE REVIEW and YELP that were taken over the years. The property management teams at all the properties are lazy and the customer service is non-polite and non-caring. MAA should invest in an undercover consultant to visit the properties and speak with the current and previous tenants. Very soon, the MAA property will be only able to rent to an section 8 government agency due to people refusing to live in a expensive nasty building. MAA staff don't service the apartment on a monthly or yearly basis. The fire alarm batteries are NEVERED changed, they don't provide the units with fire extinguishers, they don't change the ac filters on a yearly basis and when you send in a work order, they changed them with a VERY cheap ac filter. There is trash and dog poop everywhere all the time. They don't service the grounds well at all, the building entrances and parking spaces are nasty. The landscape crew are not managed, they do a sloppy job with the grounds, when they cut the grass, they barely blow the cut grass. The MAA staff don't over see the landscape crew, and they don't take time to walk on the ground and check on their work EVER. The pool areas are not maintained, this is a health issue not servicing and sanitizing the water to the PH levels that is required by the City Health Departments. Some of the pool tables have been missing for years. Some of the pole lights have been out for years. The office staff and maintenance people never walk around to the property EVER, they drive the golf everywhere. The managers should be walking around the property on a daily routine. I guess not, they barely answer the phone in the office, calls go to voice mail. The website paints a pretty picture of all the MAA properties and the properties are in very poor condition and the tenants are paying over the top very HIGH RENT to stay until the move to LPC property, Greystar property or one of the best properties in the DFW Alliance area. And where is security like most properties? MAA does not have any security, they have a person on payroll getting paid for NOTHING, security is non visible. I have never seen a security car, security on horseback, or security walking around the property EVER. MAA headquarters, you should be ashamed to charge tenants very expensive rent and the property is too embarrassing to invite a co-worker or family members over for dinner. Lastly, dogs are running around without a leash and without a owner and why don't the office staff encourage the dog parents to take their dogs on the walking trail near the bridge, there is plenty of room that will allow there dogs to run around without a leash. Shame on you MAA Headquarters for being a slum lord without any accountability to ensure you have a quality and professional management staff that will make sure the property is accommodating, and safe inside and out. read more

Still stand by my original review. Great location and place to live. Really enjoyed my time renting there....Although I recently checked there website again and monthly lease costs have dramatically increased in a year with no major upgrades to facility. Not sure if it has to do with rebranding of property perhaps. Would have liked to seen better lighting installed in common areas read more

Every Tenants or Leasee have the RIGHTS to: 1. Safe & Secure Habitation. 2. Comfortable & Peaceful Home. 3. Conducive Resting Place. Any of these are NOT present in Copper Ridge Apartments at Roanoke, Texas. Management is either no formal education or very hungry that milking people or very discriminatory in nature. Their very own system runs up to the VP rank. I wonder if there is an Escalation System or Damage Control Department where you can complaint for their so Illogical & Ridiculous Solution and have some Common Sense result. In our case Numerous complaints and Police is already involve. Thank God that Prevention is better than Cure. While the management wants to see first blood and all before they can consider taking action of your complaint. read more

I lived here for about a year and it's nice. Had to move out to a near 400 increase to rent. I would not recommend this place if you ever plan on moving out. They have a terrible habit of not returning any refunds or deposits and would string you along. Nice place if you can afford it. read more

Property is absolutely disgusting. Dog poop everywhere trash in bushes and stairwells, grease stains all over the breezeways, and even what looks like throw up on the walls. Numerous complaints resulted in no change, I was told that they would pressure wash and clean during the summer it is now January and nothing was done. Parking after 5pm does not exist, and maintenance is really bad. Shower door fell off the track in our apartment and it took over two months to be replaced and the new door is not the right size the installers did a poor job trying to cover up the fact that they got the wrong size and now the door is incredibly unstable. For the amount we spend on rent it's actually crazy that these are the conditions we live in. The gates are also broken constantly and there's been a string of breakins throughout the complex that the apartment has done nothing about. No security, no cameras, no long term fix for the broken gates. The list goes on. Do not rent here! read more

PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. My husband and I have lived at Copper Ridge for over a year now and If I could give this place 0 stars on this review I would. This place is horrible, the complex does not care about stable environmental living conditions. My husband and I have visited the front office SEVERAL times over the last week notifying the office of a SEVERE rodent infestation in between the ceiling of our apartment and the 3rd floor. The squirrels along with other rodents will come in between the walls and screech, scream, and scratch all throughout the day and all throughout the night. My husband has taken several videos where you can easily hear the loud noise these critters are making. The office staff notified us that the normal enviro smart 3rd party pest control service would be out Monday to locate the opening(s) these pest are coming in thru and seal them off. The office staff also stated pest control would be partnering with the wildlife service to trap and release the rodent elsewhere. The front office ASSURED me this service would take place on Monday. I waited at home all day and not a single person came knocking to manage this problem. WE ARE NOW TO THE POINT WHERE NO ONE HAS COME TO RELIEVE THE PROBLEM AND IT HAS BEEN A WHOLE WEEK SINCE ATTENTION WAS BROUGHT TO THE ISSUE. These animals are in the walls nesting and defecating which is ruining the foundation of these buildings. And the office you ask? They COULDN'T CARE ANY LESS!!! Do not move here!! For almost $2,000 a month this place is garbage and I promise there are a lot better and nicer apartments than copper ridge that has a staff and maintenance crew that will care and be attentive to your needs and issues. read more

I don't care what any of these reviews say, I'm the hardest person to please. Therefore this is the most welcoming and luxury apartment complex in the area. They accept huskies which was one of my biggest problems since no one accepts my friendly husky! Maintenance guys are always quick to fix something, it is relatively quiet and safe. I feel comfortable walking my dogs at midnight with no problem. My lease is up in a month & the only reason I'm moving is because the rent is slightly too high for a full time student/part time worker. But the price reflects what you get! Has attached garages, covered parking and open layouts! Ive been searching for similar apartments but this one has yet to be topped. My boyfriend & I are really hating to leave despite the monthly prices. read more

I have lived at copper ridge for 2 1/2 years. The first two years were ok. Six months ago a person who works for the apartment corporation moved into the apartment above me. She continually throws her cigarette butts, empty cigarette packs and lighters off her balcony landing around my patio and front door. I have complained to the office twelve times in the last six months with nothing being done by management. I have taken pictures of the debris and showed the pictures to the office. I also have picked up the debris and taken it to the office. Last week I called the corporate number from the website to complain. The man listened to me and gave me a case number. I have not received a return call or follow up on my complaint. This employee/resident put two pumpkins by her front door in October. The pumpkins are still there rotting away. Overall residents do not pick up their trash or pick up after their dogs. There are children's toys laying around the common areas. The complex is getting run down.
