My car had so many issues! A large dent on the trunk lid that I tried to repair myself and I made it worse as it crumpled, scratches on the clear coat on several areas of the car, a car swiped my bumper and took off some paint, and a front scrape against a curb. Dan made it look new and also stayed a couple hours past his closing time to get it to the level of quality he wanted to achieve. His standards are very high, and his communication was great. Dent Devil was wonderful! I got a very significant scrape and dent on my brand new Nissan Rogue after just one week. I was devastated. Dent Devil though fixed my car and you can barely tell anything happened! They spent hours working on a very difficult spot to mold it back, paint where I have a curved, matte finish on my bumper. So I recently bought a used car and it had a couple of dents and scratches on all the rims. I wanted my used car to look like a new car so I decide to come here to get everything fixed up. As soon as I rolled up I was approached by someone working there and he had someone else named Mike sort me out. He was very honest with me and gave me a reasonable estimate on how much it was going to cost to fix everything. I left my car with them to get everything repaired and when I came to pick up my car I was astonished. My rims looked brand new and all the flaws I wanted to repair were gone. Great Experience here! I bought a brand new vehicle last week and within 24 hours it got a significant door ding (right by the driver-side door handle).. i know, I was very unhappy! I saw the reviews here so decided to call Dent Devil. I work a lot of hours and Mike said that he could squeeze me in on my lunch hour (very accommodating). He did a great job, we talked about the incident, and I had a few more questions about the process so he even went back and "perfected" it to show me how he does it. Aside from him getting the ding out of my car he kindly offered some great advice on how to keep my car looking clean and "streak free" since it's brand new. Mike gave me the lowest bid of several I got on my dent. Several said they wouldn't do it, and it was bodywork vs. dent removal. Turns out, it is more of a body work job than dent removal. Mike did the best he could, and for me, it will do. He quoted me $400 for the job, but, because the results were not what he wanted, asked me if $100 was OK. I paid him $150. I have had the misfortune of having hail damage on my year old vehicle twice in one single year. No garage = too bad, so sad, when it comes to hail storms. Each time that I received hail damage to my vehicle, I took it to the Dent Devil in Clayton, and each time I've been thrilled with the experience and end result. Mike, the shop manager, is a class act, a perfectionist (in a good way). He will go over your car with a proverbial fine-toothed comb, finding any and all damage that your insurance company may have missed. He will also speak with your insurance company on your behalf, if a supplement is needed to fix additional damage. No muss, no fuss, here. Simply drop off your vehicle, and return in a few days to pick it up. The turnaround time is fast, taking only a couple of days unless he has a long waiting list for repairs, which can happen after a hail storm hits the area. However, after most recent visit, because I'd waited a while to take my car in, the repairs took only two days to complete. I was very impressed. Not only that, but if you print off a coupon from the Dent Devil website, you can save a good chunk of cash off of your deductible. That's always nice! In addition to repairing my hail damage, Mike also washes your car, and vacuums it before returning it to you. What a pleasant surprise. I don't believe I've ever experienced this at another body shop. It's those personal touches, and that kind of outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back to Dent Devil. I hope, in the future, I don't require any additional hail repairs, but if I do, I know where I'll go. Went in there with some serious hail damage on my car.. Had a high deductible of $1000 on my car but Mike offered a $500 discount and eventually I had to pay just half of what I would have paid anywhere else. Also good job done in repairing all the dents- I don't see any sign of the damage on the car. The only problem I faced was with time. I got my car back almost one week after it was promised to be delivered. May be a little heads up on that front would have been helpful. Still overall a good experience and a great deal. read more

UPDATE: after my old review they also worked on my wheels and did an excellent job, couldn't even tell where the damage was before. But now they don't use the mobile guy for wheels, now they take the wheel off and ship it out to have some place work on it. They said he upped his rates and is working for another place now. That's too bad, I was really happy with the quality last time, hate having to lower my review since they don't offer that high quality of service anymore. OLD: I didn't have any dents but I did have some paint chips on the hood that needed repairing so I stopped by to see what they could do. They said they have guy that comes in Saturday mornings to fix rock chips and other small scuffs for only $99. So I scheduled an appointment and brought my car in. The largest chip was still visible after they were done but it was a much better job then I could have done myself and you would have to be looking for it to see it. While I was there someone brought in a car that had been keyed. They tried to work on it best they could but the damage was too severe, they can't touch up the entire car, not when there is a ten foot scratch. read more

Five stars all the way! In summary, very high-quality, high integrity, extremely fair prices, and accommodating to your schedule. I went in to get a deep key scratch fixed on my door and Mike gave me multiple options and price points to get it fixed, which is above and beyond the consultation any other auto repair shop provided. His quote to fix it perfectly was on average half the price of competitors. I chose an option to buff out the scratch and touch up with paint knowing that it wouldn't be a perfect fix. he even offered not to charge me if it didn't work and/or credit the charge towards a the full paint job option which I thought was incredibly generous. I chose the buff and touch up option (a mere $50) and it came out 95% a perfect fix which was far above my expectations. Additionally he let me come back the next day and do one final buffing on the scratch to make it look as perfect as possible, of which he did not charge me anything for. Finally it wasn't until after I left his shop that I realized he vacuumed my car without me knowing!! I would absolutely go back and would recommend anyone bring their business to Mike. read more

I have a 2017 BMW X5 50i with black 20 inch factory wheels not to mention only 500 miles on it brand new and curbed my rear wheel. I was totally devastated and began researching what my options were online. I found out a new rim at a cost of over $3000 wouldn't be an option for me and I stumbled across dent devil online and saw they repair wheels, although I didn't see that they did black rims I called and spoke with the owner whom quoted me over the phone...it was less than $150 to make it look just like new in less than 2 hours. I brought in a car that I thought was beyond repair--it reeked of cigarette smoke (from years of its owner smoking with the windows up) and was absolutely filthy. A few days later, Dent Devil returned the car to me immaculately clean and smelling great. They did multiple ozination treatments, a flawless interior detail, and odor fogging--all of it to ensure that I would walk out of there with a "like new" vehicle. Dent Devil in Clayton is a great option for minor car damage. I brought in my Toyota Highlander that had a rock chip on the front hood as well as a back fender scratch and a back bumper scratch.
