The way the coolers are set up with the big one near the rear and the smaller one near the front, both fighting each other... The result is the smaller is a waste of electricity, it is losing the battle.... When I stood outside the front door I could feel the large volume of air rushing out... the big unit overpowering the smaller units efforts~!~ The fix: Both units need to be near the front of the store. Why the front you ask?? Evaporation coolers work the very best (efficiency and result desired) if the air going through them is from as cool a source as possible~!~ The air from the shade in front is definitely as much as 20++ degrees cooler than the air on the hot end (rear) of the store~!~ To plumb them with live water is so easy even with the water source being in the utility room at the rear.... The black drip system hose for gardens works great and lasts for years even outside in a garden... 1/2". That would free up the assistants (wasted time/efforts) from the task of constantly filling the reservoirs, leaving them free of that duty to help people and build a good/better customer base... Everyone likes a visit with happy employees~!~ I can help you run some hose so that it is out of the way for the hot months.. IF the front AC unit works??? Set it at 77/78 it may not even kick on, If it does it will help immensely~!~ Too HOT to be comfortable in Mamaw's~!~

I have to say of all the laundromats I've ever been in (granted it's not that many-this might be the 5th) this one is by far the most pleasant. So they have a laundry service here as well. Which means they have employees present in the building. I have never seen that before. But it did make me feel safer & they were willing to answer questions & they were very friendly & helpful. I knocked one star off because they could definitely use more signage explaining how to use things. There were some odd quirks to the machines & she did reimburse us due to that but signage would be more helpful to prevent those mistakes in the first place.

They had to haul a man's wet dripping clothes to another area to find an operable machine and one dryer broke while the mom with her two kids was patiently waiting to dry get clothes. She waited quite awhile for a machine to finally become available. She loaded her clothes and within minutes that machine broke too. One of the dryers was so filthy. It had twigs, grass, dirt, and dry crushed leaves in the filter and the dryer itself. I went to use the cart to get my clothes out of the dryer and the cart fell over. The wheel was broken on the cart. Do not go here. It's the worst I've ever seen in laundry facilities.
