We are camping in the area and needed to clean our clothes. My wife looked in google maps for a place she could do the laundry. Called Mamaw's Laundry and Wendy answered. I heard her upbeat and helpful conversation with my wife and I thought "If the place is as nice as the person my wife is talking to then it is the place we want to do our laundry. We were not disappointed. It is clean, with great machines that got our clothes clean. But the icing on the cake is Wendy. She is the most cheerful, hardworking and helpful person I have meet in any kind of business for some time. She is a pleasure to be around. Very helpful with any questions we had. Always active and serving others. She loves the owner of the place (who was out from a broken hip) and she plans to keep working there for years to come because of the great love and appreciation she has for the owner. I was SO happy with this laundromat. It was quite possibly the cleanest one I have ever used, with a very friendly woman working on site who answered any questions. There are several sizes of machines, prices are displayed clearly, my clothes came out fresh and clean, the dryer only took one run and all of my loads were dry. And another treat - the owner had brought in some vegetables for people to help themselves...so we took two tomatoes and OMG they were delicious!! Very much appreciated and enjoyed. Oh, and they also have a clean bathroom and WiFi available. You can also drop off your laundry to have them do it, if you need. What more could you ask for? You have an exceptional employee there and I really like your laundry mat. Wendy, the employee, was very knowledgeable, extremely polite, and made me feel welcome. It's been decades since I've had to use a laundry mat, but my dryer broke and had to finish my laundry. If in the future I ever need to go to the laundry mat again, I will only go to your place, due to your employee being so nice and welcoming. I may just go out of convenience and speed, as I can do all my laundry there in about an hour, vs. all day at home. read more

I have used all the laundromats in the Sedona-Cottonwood area. My favorite, by far, is MaMaw's. They open 6 am, which works well for me. The owner, a very nice lady, keeps it clean and at a comfortable temperature. There are a number of different size machines that accommodate different size loads. There are plenty of the wheeled laundry carts with the hanger bar attached, which again work well for me. MaMaw's is my go-to laundromat! read more

Never been to a cleaner laundry across the country and one that you actually get help from either the owner and or the attendant on duty. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I left feeling so good and actually felt like my clothes were really clean. I never go to laundromats, but under certain circumstances, I went to Super Clean Laundry and I personally wasn't a fan. So I pulled out my clothes and went to Mamaw's Laundry where Wendy was extremely welcoming and helpful.
