I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

What started as raccoon damage ended up turning into a full roof replacement--something I had been putting off for a while. Ben took the time to walk me through every step in detail, including how the insurance process works. That alone can be stressful, but he made it much easier to navigate and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and communicative from start to finish. There are plenty of roofing companies out there offering similar services, but I truly felt that Ben and his team provided the best value without compromising on quality. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

BEAWARE of this company! They use the lowest quality paint (commercial grade), have very poor…read moreworkmanship (painted only where the roller would fit and did not tape off windows, doors, or trim to cut in the paint) and they were getting paid $7,000.00 from our insurance. Several things included in the price was never done; however, the price was corrected once it was brought to their attention. We constantly caught them trying to cut corners and we had to continually call the supervisor and say this wasn't done that wasn't done........ And the supervisor never followed up on their work. We had chosen the same color of paint but a different sheen so I guess they thought we wouldn't notice they had only used the roller and not painted around the windows, doors, and all the way to the trim. They will cut every corner possible to increase their profit especially in area they think you will not notice like the hole they left inside our bathroom closet and very little if any at all texturing on the walls in our bedroom closets. What little texturing they did try to do in the closets looks hideous and the texture on the replaced wall they did in the living and bedrooms does not look anything like the texture on the existing wall. When we built the house years ago the contractor used a flat paint that was not washable at all and we had started repainting with Behr premium paint. My husband showed them one of the rooms in our home that we used the new paint on and said to them we wanted the exact same paint. He said this several times to them. He explained to them how we did not like the paint the contractor had used and that when you tried to wipe dirt off the wall the paint would come off too and expose the sheetrock. He told them multiple times he didn't know if it was called semi-gloss for sure or what but it was a good washable paint for homes with children around and that we want the exact same paint. Again after my husband said he didn't know for sure what it was called semi-gloss or what, the supervisor said to the painter as he rubbed the wall and looked at the painter "semi-gloss?" as in do you think its semi-gloss? The painter replied "eggshell!" and my husband said again well I don't know but I want this exact same paint. So, they painted with eggshell and it did not match at all! So then when we called them out and they even saw it didn't match the painter tried to say my husband agreed to eggshell which he did not! He told them over and over to match the same paint that we have on the wall. The supervisor dismissed his painter's incompetence to having got off on the wrong foot with us. http://southernpainting.com/ask-the-painter/ask-the-painter-paint-is-paint-right

I hired All Nation Restoration for remediation work in my home. During the project, one of their…read moretechnicians used bleach in a carpeted area without putting down plastic, tarps, or other protective floor covering. This resulted in permanent bleach damage in multiple areas of my high-quality, continuously installed Berber carpet, including highly visible areas in the middle of the room. What disappointed me most was not simply that damage occurred, but how All Nation handled it afterward. The company initially characterized the damage as something that can occur during remediation work despite taking precautions. In my case, there was no floor protection in the affected area. Their project manager came to my home shortly after I discovered the damage and saw the area firsthand. All Nation's own carpet professional subsequently advised in writing that repairs could look good but "possibly not perfect" and that replacement would be the alternative because a matching carpet was unlikely to be available. My independent carpet professional reached the same conclusion and recommended replacement. In an effort to compromise, I obtained a $2,400 estimate to replace only the affected common areas rather than the continuous carpet installation throughout my entire second floor. All Nation had offered a $1,000 credit, so I asked them to contribute an additional $1,400 toward this solution. They declined, characterizing replacement as my "preference." Yes, I do prefer my home to be returned to me in the condition in which they found it. I ultimately attempted the less expensive repair option using my own carpet professional. Unfortunately, the result confirmed what both carpet professionals had predicted: the repaired area remains visibly distinguishable from the surrounding Berber carpet. I am now left with a permanent, noticeable flaw in a high-traffic area of what had previously been a uniform, continuous carpet installation. My concern was never that I wanted a discount or that I was trying not to pay them (I have since made final payment). My concern was that the damage occurred during work performed without floor protection and that All Nation treated offering a credit and the ability to patch the carpet as sufficient, regardless of whether the repair actually restored it to its prior condition. I believe a restoration company should take reasonable precautions to protect a customer's property and, when preventable damage occurs, work toward a solution that reasonably restores the property to its prior condition. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it is the reason for my rating.
