I hired All Nation Restoration for remediation work in my home. During the project, one of their technicians used bleach in a carpeted area without putting down plastic, tarps, or other protective floor covering. This resulted in permanent bleach damage in multiple areas of my high-quality, continuously installed Berber carpet, including highly visible areas in the middle of the room. What disappointed me most was not simply that damage occurred, but how All Nation handled it afterward. The company initially characterized the damage as something that can occur during remediation work despite taking precautions. In my case, there was no floor protection in the affected area. Their project manager came to my home shortly after I discovered the damage and saw the area firsthand. All Nation's own carpet professional subsequently advised in writing that repairs could look good but "possibly not perfect" and that replacement would be the alternative because a matching carpet was unlikely to be available. My independent carpet professional reached the same conclusion and recommended replacement. In an effort to compromise, I obtained a $2,400 estimate to replace only the affected common areas rather than the continuous carpet installation throughout my entire second floor. All Nation had offered a $1,000 credit, so I asked them to contribute an additional $1,400 toward this solution. They declined, characterizing replacement as my "preference." Yes, I do prefer my home to be returned to me in the condition in which they found it. I ultimately attempted the less expensive repair option using my own carpet professional. Unfortunately, the result confirmed what both carpet professionals had predicted: the repaired area remains visibly distinguishable from the surrounding Berber carpet. I am now left with a permanent, noticeable flaw in a high-traffic area of what had previously been a uniform, continuous carpet installation. My concern was never that I wanted a discount or that I was trying not to pay them (I have since made final payment). My concern was that the damage occurred during work performed without floor protection and that All Nation treated offering a credit and the ability to patch the carpet as sufficient, regardless of whether the repair actually restored it to its prior condition. I believe a restoration company should take reasonable precautions to protect a customer's property and, when preventable damage occurs, work toward a solution that reasonably restores the property to its prior condition. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it is the reason for my rating. read more

We asked them to come out after a toilet leak back in March 2025. They were great in the moment, but after being paid by out IN FULL by our insurance company, they raised the price and asked us to sign something saying that they were to be paid even more money (which we refused because again they were paid in full). Now they are harassing us for the so-called remaining balance. We have repeatedly explained to them that they were paid the agreed upon amount of $11k+, but we are still getting emails from them asking for more money. I wish I had called an entirely different company for my house flood rather than rely on the Google search I had to do that morning. My downstairs vinyl flooring flooded from a burst washer discharge hose. I called All Nation and they could have somebody over within an hour. Two techs showed up and immediately went to work to save the Sheetrock by pulling up the water and ripped out the damaged floor. Hours later they left with a relatively dry floor. Driers were set up and ran several days. AN came back for an inspection a few days later, took moisture readings, and removed the driers. We experienced a mystery flood in the downstairs of our home last week... Thinking it was caused by the confluence of water from a clogged gutter & failing exterior french drain. Luckily I found All Nation Restoration here on yelp. Jan & Jacob (representatives from All Nation) arrived within an hour of my distress call. These guys are clearly very knowledgeable, capable, and are excellent communicators. We were impressed by the speed, accuracy, and cleanliness of their work. The brand new mitigation equipment was up and running very quickly and the area was sanitized within a few hours. By the time the guys were ready to leave, the room felt dry and smelled fresh. All Nation Restoration said we had a roof leak through nail holes where a satellite dish had been installed. Wrong! We called a roofer who quickly determined there was no roof leak! The water was coming through cracks in the house siding! So, we spent $450 for a WRONG assessment. We reached out because we saw evidence of a water leak. They not only helped us remediate the water damage (which was far worse than we ever could have imagined) but they also held our hands through the insurance claim process and made sure that they worked in such a manner that they were able to provide insurance all the information they needed to help us with our claim. We had flooding late in the day on a Friday due to a water leak - an issue we'd never dealt with before. I reached out to All Nation based on their stellar reviews, and I was not disappointed. Chris and Zack arrived in under an hour with dehumidifiers and talked me through the whole restoration process and schedule. Zack returned Sunday and worked hard all day long to remove the damaged flooring and baseboards, then drilled ventilation holes at the base of the walls and set up fans and more dehumidifiers to ensure all moisture was removed from the floors and walls. Despite all of that work, he left zero mess. Zack then came back on Wednesday to remove the fans and spray an antimicrobial treatment to ensure we were safe from any mold developing. Had a leak from my air conditioner in the attic. I found All Nation online randomly and had Ben come out to give me a quote on drying the water that leaked into some drywall in my house. Not only was he cheaper than another quote I had been given the day before, but he also helped me fix the leak from the air conditioner and saved me from having to get it fixed by an AC guy. The quote he gave originally covered using a dehumidifier and fans to dry the walls inside my house for 3 days, but when more time was required, he didn't charge me anymore than the original quote. The laziness of All Nation's crew flooded our home. We had hired All Nation to do a mold remediation project which involved removing a bathroom vanity and disconnecting the water lines. The project manager assured my husband and I that the water shut off valves would be capped off, so there would not be any leaking. We also were very clear that any discolored areas on the subfloor or walls would be cut out. We showed the manager where we knew where there was definitely a leak and told them that needed to be cut out and 2 feet beyond any discoloration/mold. At some point after they left the day of the project and the next day, flooding happened in our house from a water shut off valve that had not been capped in spite of what we were told. Project manager said they had pictures that showed it was not leaking when they left that day. This is a thirty year old home that they knew could very well have leaky valves. After the flooding, we were told that it wasn't capped because a plumber would have had to cap it off. Okay, so whey didn't they do that? That was their negligence that caused the flooding. They denied that they did anything wrong even though that the manager assured us that they would cap off the valve. On top of that, they did not cut out the discolored/moldy area that was clearly instructed to do. AND, they left debris on our carpet that my husband cleaned up after they left. That is a complete no,no in mold remediation. They never would take responsibility or have their insurance pay for damages. Now we have about a $20K claim open on our insurance due to damages and have had to take lots of time off work to get repairs done for what should have been a 1-2 day job. Our insurance is going up because of ALL NATION'S NEGLIGENCE. I told our plumber what happened and he was outraged. He said that he would NEVER leave valves uncapped even on brand new valves. They should ALWAYS be capped when disconnected from the line. He said that if he was the last person to touch the valves and there was flooding, he would use his own business insurance and would never ask the customer to file their own claim. He used to recommend All Nation, but after hearing our story, he will no longer recommend them. I do not recommend them either. If they would have used their own insurance to pay for our damages, then maybe I would not have written this review, but to be negligent and then deny responsibility is unethical. read more

After calling tons of other remediation places who insisted that a full protocol test was needed before any work could be done, Chris and Ben took a look and gave an honest opinion and took on the job, saving us tons of time and money by avoiding a full protocol inspection. They were very communicative, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process - answering all of my many questions and giving a very detailed overview of the timeline.
