I have no complaints--took my car here to get inspected on a crazy busy day, they were friendly and helpful!

Not sure if this review is even worth the time and effort since they FILED BANKRUPTCY and are CLOSED! I have been pissed that I purchased my car from Mac Churchill Auto Mall, since I purchased it - my radiator cracked 65 days after I purchased my car, even though they guaranteed it was in perfect condition when they sold it to me. Now, I am even more pissed because I purchased my extended warranty with "unlimited oil changes" from them in addition to my car, and i only got ONE oil change, because i went today and found out they're not even opened anymore.. WHAT A JOKE! And dont bother calling them, especially the phone number that is posted in the responses on the other reviews from the Manager - your call wont even connect, it will just disconnect the call immediately without ringing. If you didn't purchase from this joke of a dealership, consider yourself Lucky! read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. First of all, the customer service is terrible. Of course all the sales$$ people are nice who are usually the first to greet you, but beyond that-forget it. The service center people don't even look at you when you walk in, the parts center don't do anything they say or promise. I was guaranteed floor mats when we purchased our car, we never got them. They told me they would be shipped to my house, never arrived. Then they told me they would come to the store, never arrived. And our most recent encounter- now suddenly mats were not in the contract. Something so simple after going through all of this. It's ridiculous. I gave a 1 star review because they don't have negative numbers. It's a long story, but I was ripped off in several ways in the whole process, then it took 6 months and over 50 phone calls from me and several other agencies before I was actually helped in ONE SINGLE MATTER! They lose employees as fast as they hire them, so talking with someone to address any issue is nearly impossible. Don't want to write a whole book, but suffice it to say. Never bought car from this dealer. They sold me a Cadillac with lot issues. Also they sold me the warranty from Master Tech Vehicle Protection. My car suspension Air Spring went bad. It is now known as Churchill Auto Mall I will never waist gas to go here I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. If you get a promotional flyer in the mail to win a prize it's fraud!! Even the cars on the promotional flyer is a lie. We went there today and we won a prize from the flyer I even called to make sure that the prizes were legit, but when we got there it was a different story. We were supposed to get a scratch off but they ran out, how do you run a promotion and run out??? This place doesn't even deserve a star!! I will NEVER recommend this Dealership to nobody!! I am not sure where to begin with my experience at Mac Churchill Auto Mall in Bedford, Texas. I have to honestly say that my customer service experience with them was amongst the worst that I have ever seen or heard of - I have never seen such blatant disrespect and deception shown towards a customer. 1) Saturday, 4/30/16 - The car that I test drove stalled on the access road beside the freeway. The first individual that showed up from the dealership to jump us, showed up with an inoperable "jumpbox", so, we had to wait for another one to be sent out. Thirty minutes in the hot sun on the side of the freeway isn't too bad, if you can have a happy ending. Sadly, that would not be the case. Back at the dealership, the finance department agrees to a down payment. I agree, sign a large stack of paperwork, give them my debit card, and they charge it for $2000.00. I go outside to drive off in my new ride, and lo and behold their is a large screw in the rear tire - the air seeping from the tire is audible. Also, at this point, I realized that the bad battery that had left us stranded during the test drive, was still in the vehicle as well. Due to the flat tire and the bad battery, I ended up leaving the vehicle at the dealership over the weekend. Oh well, I will be able to pick the car up on the following Monday, and all will be fine, right? Nope, keep reading. 2) Monday, 5/2/16 - Dog-tired after work and school all day, I stop by the dealership that evening to pick up the vehicle. I take possession of the vehicle, and drive it back to Dallas from Bedford. As I am eating dinner, I receive a text from my salesperson, Rocky, telling me that the "finance guy" wants me to come back to the dealership! A text at 8:30 PM telling me to return to the dealership that I had just left a few hours earlier? I ask why, and I it is conveyed to me by salesperson that the finance team was able to get me a "cheaper" payment, however, I will need to come back in to sit down and discuss everything. Skeptical, yes. But, what is the worst that could happen? I have nothing to lose, right? Wrong. 3) Friday, 5/6/16 - Dog-tired after work and school, yet again, I make the trek from Dallas to Bedford to visit the dealership to discuss the proposed "cheaper" payment. I waited for an eternity before anyone came out and even greeted or acknowledged me. Once they did make contact, they pulled me into the office to tell me that they needed $6000.00 as a down payment on the car instead of the $4000 that was signed and agreed upon originally on Saturday, 4/30/16. I could not afford to pay a 50% increase of my initially agreed upon down payment, and especially not on such short notice. So, they more or less lured me back to the dealership on false pretense, claiming that they had a better payment for me, when in actuality they wanted 50% more of a down payment than what I had signed and agreed upon initially on the previous Monday. Obviously, I was not able to come up with an additional $2000 on the spot. After explaining this to the finance consultant, Paul, he tells me that he needed to step away for a moment to see what else could be done. In steps the Assistant Sales Manager, Joel, who basically tells me that if I could not come up with the additional $2000 to reach a down payment of $6000, then "(he) would have to take the car back". He then steps away, and tells me he needs to consider some other options. As I am waiting, the Finance Manager tells me that she needs the office that I am sitting in for other business, and that I would have to get up and move elsewhere in the building. Really? YES, this happened. THREE HOURS on a Friday evening before Mother's Day Weekend at a car lot to be told to bring a car back? Why not tell me on Monday when I stopped by about this? Better yet, why not be honest, fair, and transparent from the very beginning on the Saturday before? Wow. So, by and large, I was deceived, misled, and blatantly lied to. I was also disregarded, and outright disrespected by the people at Mac Churchill Auto Mall in Bedford, Texas. At this point, I am over it, I will return the car on as soon as possible, however, before I do, I feel it is my duty to let any and everyone know how I was treated at this dealership. I only wrote this review after reading another persons take on this dealership. First, I was selling a paid off truck. A sales person contacted me via Craigslist and asked me to come in for a cash offer. This truck had a fair value on Kelly Blue book of 21k. The dealership literally took two hours of screwing around and then offered me 12k. Almost half the value!!! After I said no, they continued to argue that I was turning down a good deal. I finally demanded my keys back. I placed my vehicle online and received an offer of 20k cash in less than two days. I now drive a new G class Mercedes, that I DIDN'T purchase from this place! Go to Park Place if you want an honest deal and great customer service, oh and they do not try and screw you over! read more

Went here looking for a used car and ended up getting one.got a decent deal but they failed to mention a couple of minor problems with the car.and the customer service at this place is just not very good.also,don't bother adding the after market warranty.unless you think something major is going to go wrong with the car.if not your better off without it.its really just a scam just to get more money out of you.when something goes wrong they find all these loop holes in the warranty so they don't have to fix it.should have went to the ford dealership.i know one place where I won't be getting my next car. I recently purchased my 2006 M5 here at this dealership. They gave me an awesome deal for this car. But let me start with my experience at this new AutoMall... I was warmly greeted by Eric who helped me test drive the car and taught me how to drive it. Then, the guys settled my kids in the coolest play room so us adults can talk some numbers. Later, this stunning tall- Dark- and handsome man (i believe his name was Kenny) stopped by to see how everything was, and made sure i was happy with the numbers and the car i fell in love with. Then i ended up in the finance office with sweet Dari, where he asked me to signed a Bunch of papers! Good Lord, i think i signed a HUMUNGO pile of papers, i need to get a wrist and hand massage now. But Dari was very respectful and sweet. He didn't force me to buy all the warranty or other crap. The deal went very smooth, and they all managed to help me purchase my DREAM car with a great rate even tho i had ok credit. I understood they probably called several banks and it did take a little long, but they worked hard to get me the rate i wanted and at the payments i was happy with. After all papers were signed and we finally got to leave, I was approached by that Kenny again, with the killer smilie! Making sure i was happy through the finance and the delivery of my car. Overall, everyone was very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. Especially-they were sweet to my children that were happy to be in the play area. As we all got into the car, everyone i encounter was so nice to all of us. i definitely will be back to buy my next car with them! read more

I bought a custom 2014 Dodge RAM 2500. There were several issues I had to deal with post buy. The custom department only put in 6 of the 12 bolts needed for my running boards. I had a company that sprayed in my bed liner fix that. It was rattling when we hit bumps. Then the sound system, bluetooth, back up camera and main dashboard camera console system started going off and on. I found out today that when Mac Churchill custom department put in the leather interior, they stapled the leather together right through the wires and wiring harness that runs from the front seat storage console to the dashboard. Be careful and have your vehicle inspected if you buy a custom / lift truck from this dealer. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I WOULD! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really wished I read the reviews on here before stepping foot in this dealership. By far, my most horrible car buying experience ever (after I felt pressured and rushed into buying a preowned car from this location back in December 2017). It was my first time making a huge car purchase and had researched other 2015 Lexus IS 250 around the Dallas metroplex. I had called the dealership before arriving and the receptionist told me that if I came in, I would've been able to negotiate a better deal than what was listed online--what a lie! I ended paying full price for a Lexus that had over 50k miles already (out of manufacturer warranty), when I should've gone to the other dealership with a similar car for the same price AND only half the miles! I definitely felt cheated and a fool for going through with this deal. My communication with the salesman was pleasant at the beginning, but once I got to the paperwork and finance, everything went downhill very fast. The finance associate kept pushing me to buy warranty and couldn't even answer my questions of what was covered (at this point I started to feel pretty uncomfortable but spent so much time here already). A few weeks later, I called the dealership to provide me with a FULL warranty contract but they were unable to do so--seems like they don't know what they're selling and all they do is try to upsell you (to get you to pay more). I was also very upset to find that there was a missing extra key AND chair knob on the driver seat that they were not able to replace after calling several times (these items are expensive to replace on your own). They clearly don't care about you after they take your money. Again, finding about all these flaws after the fact, this car purchase was upsetting and I felt cheated. I was NOT happy with this car due to this horrible buying experience, overpaying for it, missing extra key, missing driver seat knob, and tires that should've been replaced by the dealership (learning later that other dealerships would've done this). Three months later, I ended up selling this Lexus and bought another car at Honda Lewisville, which provided amazing customer service and I felt more at ease during the process. Also, I've been trying to locate the status of my warranty cancellation refund for the past 3 months--NO ONE returned any of my voicemails/messages! Was literally harassed to purchase a vehicle in 2014. Went there recently to trade in THE SAME vehicle & my original salesman who is now over internet/online sales (I believe) didn't give me the time of day & put me off on another salesman (by pointing in his direction...no name whatsoever) who had just gotten the job & wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a Cadillac SEDAN & wanted to trade it in & the 1st vehicle he tells me about is a $35k + Dodge Ram. Ummmm does it look like I'm a TRUCK LOVER or TRUCK DRIVER? Those were my actual words then he proceeds to tell me about a $40k Escalade when I only wanted to upgrade from my Cadillac CTS. I just walked out. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not sure how this place identifies as a luxury brand dealer. Drove all the way over from Dallas to look at, with some intention of possible purchase, a demo 2017 rdx because they had one the color we wanted. Initial impressions were jot encouraging when the young sales guy ushered us to a 4 top table in the lobby right next to every other customer looking. Then he proceeded to try to do the whole "what payment do you want" game. Even after we said we want to drive it first, then would only talk price of car and trade value, as we have financing through our bank of we want. Since we were somewhat serious we let them appraise the trade in while we test drove. This required multiple trips to the manager bunker and 30 minutes. Had to ask for drivers license back, as they wanted to keep it. Do the rest drive. Short poor test drive route. Get back to our 4 top in the lobby and lose our guy back to the bunker when we say we will look at the numbers they have to offer - again price of new car and trade value. 15 minutes later he comes back and informs us that he has to run a hard credit check to discuss anything at all. We are done at this point. That is not how we operate and is total bs. Guy does not have our keys. Politely tell him we are done. Bring back our keys. Back to the bunker for 10 minutes. Only to return - without the keys -to let us know we could may e talk about numbers, they really want our business, blah blah. Tell him firmly that they missed the opportunity for a sale unverified any circumstances - BRING OUT OUR KEYS. 5 inure more importantly the bunker for a "manager" to come out. He has our keys, but doesn't immediately hand them over. Instead kind of dangles them with a perplexed look and asking what was wrong and how he could help. Had to reach over and take the key and again say we are out. We have purchased multiple higher end cars from other dealers and this experience is so far from them it isn't on the same planet. Bumps in the road but, Jermaine has bent over backwards to help save the deal and make both my fiancé and I happy with a 2010 Dodge Ram Hemi. Had a problem the first go around with a 2009 Chevy Silverado with only the finance guy named Joel. Jermaine was sure to get him off of our deal and use a different gentleman. I love my car, but let this be a warning to others looking to buy at this dealer...They padded my contract with $2300 extra charges then I had to call 4 times to even GET the contract, which didn't come until 2 weeks after the sale. I tried calling several times to find out what the extra charges were, and nobody would ever return my calls. I finally went in and questioned the charges, and the amount of fancy footwork and smooth talk left me really saddened by the whole event. The outcome is I had them totally take off the extended warranty I bought under false pretenses and got my $6000 back. (so to speak). UPDATE - 8 weeks later and not only have I NOT seen the $6,000.00 of fraudulent and unauthorized charges taken off my financed amount, but even the manager has ignored my emails. read more

I had a very pleasant experience this morning taking my car in for a wheel alignment and estimate for a windshield seal repair. My car is at 30,000 miles so I knew I needed a tune up and they reminded me. I have to change my rating. The windshield seal estimate I asked for because I had done a temporary fix. A couple hours after leaving the review I noticed my temporary fix was gone and the part for it gone as well. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! read more

The General Manager Chris Hamud and Department Manager Tony Baker of MacChurchill Auto Mall were no longer working as of Jan 2017 after my complaint and investigation by the Texas OCCC and DMV. I was told by the Mayor of the city that changes were made to the staffing at this MacChurchill location. The Finance officer who wrote my contract along with the Department Finance manager were also no longer working there. There are still many current complaints of deception and it does not seem that this Used Car dealership has changed their ways. read more

I purchased a car from here...paid in off in 2 years of which was financed for 7 and I had GAP Insurance. I am now 6 months waiting on my refund for the GAP insurance and now they say they are no longer the auto mall and gave me some number that continues to ring. I promise I will be calling the BBB and I will get an attorney involved. It makes not sense how bad the customer service is here or whatever the hell you want to call yourself now. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE I was wanting to purchase one of their lifted trucks so I stopped in and spoke to a few sales people , I asked about a certain f150 ( wanted to know what exactly was installed on the truck and warranties etc ) of the 3 salesmen not one could give me a straight answer and they were beyond pushy at one point even walking away for a smoke break . during the test drive of this 2015 f150 which has a sticker price of $55000 it drove HORRIBLY it was all over the road and when I asked the salesman about it he said that's how all lifted trucks drive ? Update from service issue on 1/29/16. I just arrived home after finally getting the plastic shielding replaced from the horrible experience over a month ago. It took doing some fairly serious research to find out the contact information for the Customer Relations Manager, Jennifer Hiner. Once I got in contact with her she said she had spoken with Tim Wilkinson, Service Director and explained the situation. In the meantime, I also filed a case report with the BBB. She said Tim agreed that everything was 100% their fault and to do whatever was necessary to make it right. My requests were that the part was replaced free of charge, that I be given a loaner vehicle also without charge for my use while the part was being repaired, and a refund of the cost of my Groupons. Jennifer said they would be willing to do all that for me provided I remove my Yelp! review. I said I would be happy to amend it, but did not agree to remove it. One of the cardinal rules of responsible journalism is to retract false statements with apologies when necessary, but stick to your guns when it's the truth. I have documentation to back up all of my statements and really would have preferred not to have lost days of my time having to deal with this. Roughly after a little over a month of back and forth with Jennifer, they finally got the part for my car in. Jennifer had said that the whole procedure shouldn't take more than an hour. I countered that if that was the case I wasn't going to push for the loaner vehicle, but I would like to have a proper wash and vacuum. She said I was all set and they would see me at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:50 am and waited for someone to come assist me. Lo and behold, it was Ethan. He came out chomping gum and didn't have a clue who I was so I reminded him. He looked shocked and then went to find the Service Manager to confirm what I was there for. I also mentioned I was assured a refund for my Groupons. He said he'd have to have that cleared with the SM, took my keys, and I sat down to wait. One thing that should be noted here is that before retiring from Corporate America to watch a toddler (a far more rewarding job) is that one of my last positions was working with the lady in charge of corporate level complaints for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. This is on top of my fifteen-plus years in customer service as an agent and supervisor in the banking industry, travel, and real estate. At MBFS, they bend over backwards to make things right whether you are a brand new customer or have been purchasing their vehicles for 40 years. It would not be unheard of for at least one person, possibly more, to be fired over a situation like mine. When you work front line customer service, you are the face of the company. There are customers that are belligerent for no reason other than they want someone to be mean to. You will get people who complain about the free coffee they get and ask for a refund. I have handled everyone from single mothers who beg for a $25 bounced check fee back because they can't make it to payday to the entitled 1%. You know, those folks who feel they're getting a raw deal for deliberately missing payment deadlines because the timing was inconvenient for them, despite written contracts? Those darlings. It can get really old, really fast so I have sympathy for those who handle these issues. My sympathy with Mac Churchill has run out. Yes, my part was fixed by 9:35am. And yes, after speaking in person with Tim he agreed to have a check cut to me for my Groupon cost. But the fact remains that no one there was expecting me and Tim didn't have a clue what it was that he'd agreed to give me. If I were in Jennifer's shoes, I would have sent a flagged e-mail to everyone there the night before letting them know the situation and what was expected. I really don't think that's asking a lot. Maybe she did and they ignored it, who knows? As I was thanking Tim for his time, he mentioned that we'd actually met before. It didn't click until I went out to my still filthy and un-vacuumed car that he was the one who'd given me my keys without apology the first time. I left mad once again. These people obviously just wanted to see the backside of me, so that's what they've got. I honestly don't expect to ever see a refund from the money I spent. But I'll be damned if I'm going to go quietly. Despite Mac Churchill's reps not keeping their word, I keep mine. Spoke with Mike Long, twice, about a car. Told him what I wanted, that it was listed on their site and he could call me back. Never called back so I took the initiative and all he said was "oh they never called you back, I'll tell them to". Wait, what?! You were supposed to call me back. Whose "they"? Extremely crazy wait times to get ahold of anybody. C'mon, I'm pre approved with financing, blank check in hand. I know what I want, you have it in stock and I get jerked around. Want to make a 20k EASY sale or not?! I would definitely NOT recommend anybody waste their time with a dealership that doesn't follow up on a simple call back promise or care enough to actually make an easy sale happen. Wow, Mario Evans, Terrance and the rest of the team really impressed me. Went in for one vehicle and came out with something waaaay better. Process time was less than I expected and they really went to bat for me. Love the new vehicle and will definitely be back. Thank you guys once again!!! I'd definitely recommend this place. Well turns out, we were sold a piece of crap. Less than 20 days w/ the vehicle, temp tags have yet to expire, the vehicle is in the shop. There was a minor leak that started and continued to grow from about 2 - 3 weeks ago. I sent a text message to Mario advising of such and he states to bring it in. I do so but he was busy and the shop was supposedly closed. Well at work this past Friday I noticed a loud popping noise as I walked to the truck. There on the ground, everything that had ever been in the radiator!!! I had to have it towed to bedford on a Friday night after work (7pm), which their tow truck driver didn't show up until after 11pm. Since, I had to rent a car which was pricey, and due to that fact I took the rental back and missed work because, well, not much public transportation in Coppell! This morning I had to pay for Uber service just to get to work. So again this is all out of pocket w/ no assistance. As of this morning, I am advised the labor and parts are about $630 that I have to pay for. At the time of financing, the "dealership" removed the warranty that the radiator was to be covered under. And get this; there may be a problem w/ the heads but no one would know until the radiator is replaced. With less than 30 days of ownership I am out thousands because of their shady business. Hell I haven't even had the chance to make my first payment. Screw you Macchurchill also you Mario! P.S. This dude had the nerve to say 4/10/15 was the first time he heard of the issue yet I have a text message showing when I advised of the problem. Secondly, during a conversation via phone, he mentioned "they have no idea what I did to the vehicle once I drove it off of the lot until now." Really? So it's my fault now? Coming from a liar? Someone who stated "a referral is worth $150 bucks. My brother bought a car and I received a check for $100. Who lies about $50? My brother has also experienced issues w/ this company. I too had the same experience as all 3 other posts. I went to see a specific car that I had found "on line". I made an appointment with the dealership to see THAT car. I arrived and was taken to an office for an "interrogation" having not even seen the car! My license was taken and forms were being filled out. I said "I haven't even seen the car yet!" I had also said, from the start, that I would be paying in cash. If the car hadn't had such low miles, and with the interior I wanted, I would have left. I bought the car April 30th. Having made calls to my sales person and also to the financial/closing person...it is now June 9th and I still have no registration paperwork from the state. So, to date, 6 weeks later, I have an expired dealer tag, an expired inspection sticker (which the car came with), no registration sticker or tags and no one there bothers to return a phone call. This is and continues to be the worst car buying experience I have EVER had! I am 65 and have bought many cars in my lifetime. This has been, by far, the most unprofessional dealership experience I've ever had! I just want my official paperwork so I can be DONE with them! My ardent advice to you is to go somewhere else!!!!! read more

What a traumatic car shopping experience! TRUST the Yelp reviews on this place. They are horrible! I cannot believe these people call themselves car salesman. An Asian man was helping us (can't remember his name) and he was beyond unprofessional. When he came to us in the parking lot, we were walking around and looked at 5 cars with him. He didn't know ANY information about any of the cars we were looking at. My fiancé told my dad all the information, in detail, about the cars while the "salesman" stood their quietly, not giving us any information. It took an HOUR before he told us the price of one out of the 3 cars we asked a price for. They don't list the prices on the papers attached to the cars. This guy was so pushy and so rude! He took us inside and asked us what car we drive now, how much we have left to pay on it, email address, phone number, how we want to pay for a car. Umm...hello?! We want to know the price first and see a CarFax. Why are you asking how we are going to pay? Also, he wouldn't tell us the price for any of the cars until we signed a paper saying "if we like the price of the car, we will buy it right now." Why the hell would we sign that? And what is the need for us to sign that? Why can't they tell us a price without us signing that? He got mad when we didn't sign and ran back to his boss. He also took my dad's driver's license and wouldn't give it back. Like, legit, would not give it back; my dad's property, his license! We asked several times and each time he literally got pissed off, stormed out of the room, went to talk to his "boss" for 10 mins & came back with an attitude and still no driver's license. Eventually he sent another guy to talk to us who was better at talking, at first, but then got an attitude when we said we weren't going to buy a car today. Not many people buy a Mercedes or Lexus right away. They wouldn't even let us think about it or process the test drive and just kept hounding us to buy it today. While the 2nd guy was still being polite, he told us he'd get us the license but didn't. He disappeared for 10 minutes. We were fed up by then & after checking them out on Yelp, went to go find him so we could get our DL & leave. Instead, he gets an E350 to show us and then when we said we didn't like that car & asked for the DL & told him we need to go home, he also got pissed off, went to the "boss", got yelled at, and then came to give us the license. If you're want a car to be sold to you professionally and to not feel like you're being scammed, do not come to this place. Who refuses to give someone their driver's license?! We literally asked 8+ times for it and didn't get it until way after. Every time one of them left, they went to go talk to their "boss". The boss, I kid you not, was throwing his arms in the air, all up in his employee's faces, and seemed to be forcing them to make the sale right now when we weren't interested. Do not buy a car from here typical bate and switch of sleezy used car dealers. I see a car online call and they say it's available. I make an appointment to see it and arrive and mysteriously 15 minutes later upon my arrival it's been sold!!!! Then they try and sell me other cars on their lot. Don't fall for their scams and unethical advertising ploys! Buy from a reputable dealer that doesn't play the sales games and who sells with integrity! read more

I've been looking for a new car for quite some time but never was completely convinced until Q'Niko Thomas at Mac Churchill sold me on a Dodge Charger. Awesome salesmanship along with his colleagues who were very helpful during the buying process. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE! From the jump the service was crazy! My credit was ran so many times and then I was told I was approved. Drove the car for 7 days then received a call from the finance company asking me to verify information such as the type of radio and sports package on the car. Then after 2 1/2 weeks in the car I receive a text.... Not a call but text to bring the car back because the information was fraudulent. I provided these crooks with my information and clearly it was altered. I called the finance company and they advised me that the dealership sent information that was not what my job sent. They also advised they would finance me, but not with a car with Mac Churchill. Funny thing is the person that said the deal was complete was not available. Then these clowns didn't want to return my title or plates to the trade in. Booker, returned with the incorrect title. These guys are total trash. read more
