They made selling my car quick and easy! They gave me a fair and great price for my car too! I would highly recommend.

Made me drive over from 30 miles only to drop the appraisal by $2000 in person. Unreliable service.

. It was maybe 5% under KBB but I figured it was acceptable since this process was far easier than selling privately

Dealer trade in offers were around $16,000 up to $17,000. Blue Book trade in value was around $16,500 to $18,000. Blue Book Private Party price is around $19,000 - $20,000. We provided our own car loan company that was indepandant from the car dealer and the agent suggested trying givemethevin.com I wasn't too excited about the hastle of selling the car private party. So I called givemethevin.com on Monday 3/9/26 and had a nice conversation with Jennifer. She asked for information about the car and some photos of my car. After hanging up I was able to send her the information and within an hour of our first conversation she called me right back with an excellent offer and asked if I was interested. I was very happy and excited about the offer. Then she asked for some other sepcific pictures of the car and documents. Jennifer and I talked again on 3/10/26 she made an offer of $19,750, oh yeah! Selling it private party I was going to ask $20,000 and if it got desperate I would have gone down to $18,000. So $19,750 was way above my expectations. Finalizing the documentating was completed the same day with a plesant lady named Monica. I was given instructions on completing the documentation and on where to deliver the car (40 miles away) and made an appointment for delivery on 3/11/26. When I arrived there the man who did the intake inspection was nice to work with and he already had the $19,750 check in hand. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home. Three pain free days and $19,750 from start to finish was an outstanding experiance and givemethevin.com is a very honest and classy operation. I recommend them to anyone. I wish that I had more cars to sell.

Thanks to Matt and Bill the whole process was flawless start to finish. Never ever trade your car at a dealer without Givemethevin.com first. No games no gimmicks, just smart. Cheers.

I had signed all the paper work and documents to them. Even mailed my title to them the same day I got the check. In the contract, it states that a vehicle inspection would be conducted within 72 hours. I dropped my vehicle off at an Auto Auction on a Friday. I kept getting the run around with them, stating a third-party is supposed to perform the inspections. Then I was told inspections are done on Thursdays (that was never mentioned prior to me dropping off). I waited a whole week, basically kept getting the run around. Here we are Friday 06/12/26 and I had to threaten them with a police report for fraud and theft for them to finally do something. Stating the check funds would be available and to wait 24 hours before cashing to ensure funds are available. With a vehicle sitting on a lot for a week, anything could have happened. I told them per the contract that an inspection should have been done within 72 hours and I would not be liable for any damages done to the vehicle. The vehicle had a routine maintenance done prior to dropping it off and that no adjustments or alterations to the check could be made because they breached the contract. There was also lack of communication, no one would pick up the phone unless I blew the phone up requesting updates. It took me threatening a police report for them to stop dragging their heels in this. I would not recommend doing business with them, I don't see myself doing business in the future with them. I had really high hopes for this company, though they only offered $100 more than what Carvana offered me. I even checked their ratings on BBB. Just do your own research. This is purely based off my whole experience with them. I still have a useless check until Saturday. We shall see if I can cash it. Until then, seller beware!

From the point of scheduling and getting a quote for the services, to them having the patience to explain the work that my car needs, I have always walked away feeling treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. I'm thankful for this team and would highly recommend this location for all your service needs. The waiting area is also very comfortable and they are fair in their pricing and not pushy when I genuinely cannot afford certain recommendations on the same visit. Thank you for making my car owning a little bit easier. It's already hard enough just making car payments , paying car insurance and maintenance. I'm blessed to have a safe place I can take my vehicle to get the maintenance needed without feeling ripped off or spoken to in a condescending manner because I'm a woman. Thank you autonation family!

I drove 4 hours from Houston to be there first thing in the morning how we had agreed and had an appointment set up at 9:30 am. Come to find out they sold the truck the night before. I spent money on hotel and travel just to go pick this truck up they could have atleast had the courtesy to hold the truck till morning how we had agreed. They definitely do not care about customer service. The only person I don't have nothing bad to say about was the salesman Jose Arcos. He did everything in his power to get me in the truck. Management is the total opposite. Made me run my credit even after pulling an 800+ credit score they managed to give me this horrible experience. Hopefully this gets up to their corporate office and see who they have managing these dealerships and focus on customer service

Friday afternoon called as I hadn't heard a word. Will told me they had the wrong struts, had to order them from KY and it would be five days. Tried to contact Joel/Will to have the drink holder in the middle row replaced, I mean why not, they were going to have the car for another week. Never got a call back. Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

It took way too long, was way too expensive, and left me feeling regretful and horrible about the whole situation. After the entire car buying experience, we still had to wait almost an hour - outside by the back of the dealership watching employees leave their shift and just waiting for our car. It was weird. Then, as i was driving in home in my new car, happy with the car, but feeling screwed over, and generally upset over the experience, I realized two things: 1. The mileage on the car is 500 miles more than stated when i bought it 2. THERE WAS AN EMPTY LIQUOR BOTTLE -- RATTLING AROUND IN MY NEW CAR TLDR: The experience was awful, the mileage was fudged and i don't recommend this dealership. I found a liquor bottle in my new car. An unacceptable experience overall. Something positive: the finance person was really great to work with.
