The stylists there seemed very nice as equally talented. Except I was concerned after my daughters visit with what she informed me. She said after getting her hair washed, the lady who washed her barely spoke English, which is understandable BUT SHE HAD NO LICENSE ON THE WALL. Does this beauty salon usually operate with unlicensed employees ?? That concerns me highly!! I will NOT be back due to the unprofessionalism of this salon. I was offered the option to rebook with a regular artist, but the price was nearly double. When I asked politely if they could honor the apprentice rate or offer a discount since the cancellation wasn't on my end, they declined "because we called you yesterday and she had a dental emergency". It was disappointing to be met with a lack of empathy, especially since this left me scrambling at short notice. This would have been my first visit to this business, and while I understand things happen, I wish the situation had been handled with a bit more flexibility and care.
