I have been coming here for the last several years, but today they have lost a client…read more A few days ago I scheduled an appointment for 10 am today. Over the weekend I received a voicemail asking if I could push my appointment to 11AM. I called this morning to follow up, but they confirmed my appointment was scheduled for 10 AM and expressed confusion about who called me to change it to 11. We confirmed that my appointment would be 10AM. I then came in 15 mins early and was coldly greeted at the desk when I checked in. I took a seat and waited for my name to be called. I waited 15 mins past my scheduled appointment, and during my this time the stylist assigned to me took a client that walked in after me. She was notified that I was waiting twice. She never once came to speak to me to let me know how much longer to wait. I got up to speak to someone at the desk to cancel, but no one was working the desk. I walked out. I tried to then call the front desk and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Clearly, this establishment has issues with friendliness and with double booking. I shouldn't run into this much trouble for a simple haircut. I won't come back.

Really annoyed today. Yes, my hair is not in the best condition-I dieted aggressively last year &…read moremy hair thinned, and I have new/damaged growth. I've also been flat ironing it as a result to get it smooth. Each time I go in lately, I feel like I'm being berated, especially today. It is NOT ok to make your clients embarrassed about the condition of their hair in front of other stylists & customers, especially after I showed up on time for my appointment & waited 20 minutes to get my hair washed, & another 10 for my cut after I was washed, and while I was sitting in the chair getting my hair cut, Amy decided to open a package that had come for her. Seriously? I don't want to leave a salon & feel worse and today I really did. Tell me how to improve my hair's condition and don't make me uncomfortable & embarrassed. Don't tell me each time that I have "residue" in my hair. I wash my hair every day. And then when it's suggested that I get a keratin treatment, I was told maybe I could ask for a gift card for Christmas since it's expensive. 1-I'm not giving this salon any more money 2-I can afford $300 for a keratin treatment since I work, thank you very much 3- A gift card for the salon is not what I want for Christmas. She does not care what you want to do with your hair. She will argue with you and berate you as one other person here said. Most importantly, she CANNOT cut hair. My daughter's hair is worn short and Amy cannot cut it evenly, leaves huge gaps and does a very simplistic cut. We told her one side was uneven and she kept saying it wasn't while it is clearly hanging lower. My daughter is irate about her cut and I don't blame her. And this place is not cheap. I wouldn't mind if we received quality hair cuts but she is awful.
