The store owner charged me an additional $90.00 to fix it. When we went back to try on the dress again after the alteration it looked worse than what it looked like before, the back of the dress curled up from pulling up the liner too much. This was the sloppiest alteration job that I have ever seen. It's like an assembly line, they want you in and out. The owner did volunteer to fix AGAIN it but at that point we couldn't wait any longer. What he should have done is refund me my alteration cost. Lesson learned. Never again, my daughter has 2 more proms to go (god willing) and I will not be going back, I am probably better of going to a bridal store. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere first before going there.

Not much more to ask for. It's a good size store with a lot to browse. Always a decent amount of inventory considering the high volume of customers here. I've never had a bad experience and am thankful the staff guide me to the right locations to find what I need, including the specific products that my coupons can be used with. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how they will limit the number of customers in the store when it's busy.
