Then things lined up and I made the appointment . Sadly one of my dogs ended up passing away today and I almost canceled but something pushed me to go and I am so happy. Upon walking in I was greeted by the nicest man behind the desk he knew who I was right away and offered me a beverage and made me comfortable. I waited less than 5 minutes and met Pauline the owner who made me feel like a rock star and so welcome. She consulted with me and actually listened. Any doubt I had was wiped away, I than was taken to be shampooed (by the same gentleman from desk) and had the most amazing hot towel: head massage and shampoo ever. I wanted to melt in the chair. My haircut was amazing . She took her time and showed me exactly what she was doing and explained to me. I wasn't nervous at all and knew I was in great hands, I am beyond thrilled with my new look. I honestly am So grateful I met this team. The whole staff was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. I also want to add how much they do for rescue animals . I was floored. The decor is new and fresh and doesn't feel like other cookie cutter salons. When you arrive you're met by Paula, the salon owner Laura's sister. They're both so welcoming and make you feel special just by walking in. Coffee, specialty drinks and goodies are always offered. Laura brought me from a dull brunette haircolor to a vibrant, gorgeous red head. Since red is the most difficult color to deal with she takes great care to make sure my color comes out perfect and consistent every single time. She uses products on me specific to my hair type to ensure my hair is as healthy as can be. She's been in the hair industry for so many years and it definitely shows in her work and it's apparent she's passionate about the services she provides. The first time they gave an apology and said sometimes that happens. I had one appointment after that where I got good service. Then for my next appointment it was canceled again with no warning. They said it was a computer glitch, but I had to draw the line and choose a boundary. As a customer my time is valuable. To delete appointments without alerting customers is downright bad business.
