They were incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how welcoming they were, especially taking the time to allow my teenager to test drive a 2022 Toyota Camry TRD. That was a beautiful car, smooth ride, and an overall great vehicle. Thank you for making that experience possible for him, it truly meant a lot to us as a family. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, just genuine help and guidance. Very disappointed with Frank and his team. Stopped by today to help my daughter buy a bronco sport. The bronco was priced @ 31590 plus 1995 destination fees. After offering to buy without destination fees frank would not budge. What's so disappointing is that this year alone we have bought 5 other vehicles from them. Mac haiks collision center is the worst don't ever take your vechiles there I've bought five trucks from them and they still treat there loyal customers like shit got wrecked into by a drunk driver so I took my truck to them thinking since they're ford and we have done business they would take care of me my truck sat there for 6 months got it back 10 minutes off the lot it falls apart with my 1 year old and 4 year old in the car thank god we weren't on the highway and they were trying to charge my insurance when they're mechanics did the work and put us on the street like that with no regards for my life or my kids life and they still can't do anything to help me that shop is full of lies I wish I had more space to keep writing how horrible my experience been with them. This is the WORST collision center. They have the WORST customer service they've told me multiple completion dates, my truck has been in there for 3 weeks already for just a headlight replacement, nothing else. I can't get ahold of anyone and when they do answer they have the worst attitude. I knew I should have took my work somewhere else this experience is horrible. Robert my estimator is horrible and the hardest person to get ahold of also the front desk lady who is answering my phone doesn't even provide her name or greet with a respectful attitude just puts you on hold until you hang up. read more

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with this auto body shop. Geico recommended them to us and I am so glad we took their recommendation! They kept in contact with me via text as progress was being made on my vehicle so that there was never any question as to how far along they were. The one time they came into a problem and noticed the damage from my accident was more extensive than expected they reached out via text and phone to notify me, and explained exactly what part was ordered, what they would be doing with the part, and fees that would be passed onto my insurance company. When I picked up my car today they had washed and waxed it as well as vacuumed it out and tidied up all of my lovely children's mess inside. Obviously no one wants to be in a situation where you have to go to a repair shop after an accident but if you do this shop is your place to go! read more

Mac Haik Southway ford is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. That dealership made me want to never buy a Ford vehicle ever again and warn everyone I know not to go there for anything because they are so incompetent. I dropped my '22 Bronco Badlands off at the beginning of the week at the start of business 7:00am. I informed them on a seriously dangerous problem I had been having due to a battery detection issue that can result in loss of drive power where the Bronco would just shut down completely. I also informed them that I had a recall issued for my front park lamp. They assured me that they would take care of it. If you do not call them they will not give you any updates on your vehicle. If you do call them they also will not give you any updates on your vehicle so you're left in the dark either way. On Tuesday I asked for an update they said they were still running test and they had replaced my battery. I reminded them about the recall and they assured me that they would fix any recall before releasing my Bronco back to me. On Wednesday they said my bronco sport would be ready for pick up. I told them I would be by at 5 since I have to work. 5pm rolls around and I am relieved to go pick up my vehicle since it's my only means of transportation and the dealership did not offer me a loaner for the meantime while they worked on my bronco leaving me to figure it out on my own. I'm headed to the dealership when I get a call from the dealership stating they "forgot" to work on my recall and it was an "oversight" even though I had reminded them several times about the recall on my vehicle so I had to then just make my way home without a vehicle. Thursday I call to make sure that everything would be taken care of and I would for sure be able to have a fixed vehicle. I get out of work I head to the dealership the staff is less than helpful, all the staff were just gathered together talking amongst each other. The young lady at the cashier counter informs me that the man who does the paperwork has been gone all week and I have to wait some more while they prepare everything. They get the paperwork, no one comes to explain what they actually did to my vehicle to fix it they pull my bronco around I get in everything seems in working order I leave the dealership (it was already 5 till closing by that point) I am driving down the street when I make my first right turn only to see that my blinker is still hyper blinking I call the dealership they say something to the effect of "it shouldn't be doing that" yeah I absolutely agree it shouldn't be doing that they offer to pick it up the next day but will not guarantee that I will get it back same day. I check my ford pass app to check and see if they cleared my recall and it still shows incomplete. So it took them 4 full work days to just replace my battery, and not do anything to fix my recall but waste my time. I will never do business with this dealership again and everyone should avoid doing business with them as well. read more

The car I bought turned out not to be safely drivable and they didn't catch it in their "inspection" and the service team was quick to blame who I bought it from until they learned it was from there, then that tune changed quickly. read more

It's January 9th, Ive been given 3 subsequent dates that my car would be finished and they have not delivered on any of those promises. I still don't have it back. Kane was my service writer and he was so great to deal with. He kept me updated during the repairs. When I dropped off my truck it was filthy and had been hit by a flying barrel. When I picked it up, a day early, it looked like a new truck inside and out. I have never had a body shop detail a vehicle before. I highly recommend Southway Ford Collision Center. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE SW MILITARY MAC HAIK SOUTHWAY FORD USED DEALERSHIP LOCATIONS!!! My friend bought a used car from here 4 days ago and regrets it. Before signing the deal she noticed the seats were stained, the steering wheel had make up, dirty carpet, broken part. But the salesman Nick promised he was going to fix and clean it. So she said ok. She told him she would go back later on that day and left to go get an insurance for the car. Well when she retuned an hour later to pick it up. The car was still parked there dirty and broken glass. Nick really thought she was going to take it home like that. But she then called and complained to Socrates Lopez over at the I35 location where she signed the papers. He said they will take care of it but to leave the car there. So after 4 days she went back to pick it up and it was still dirty. They didn't clean it professionally to steam clean the stains on the seats or vacuum or anything. So, she asked to speak to Nicks manager and he says we can put some water on the seats and wipe. I told my friend are you serious? I told her they don't care because you are Hispanic. This dealership is in a Hispanic area with mainly Hispanic customers and they don't care. They will tell you anything to get you to buy the car, make a deal then run you off. How can they sell unsanitized dirty cars? Nobody wants broken dirty cars so why do they sell their vehicles in this condition in an area with mainly Hispanic Do they really think their customers wont complain and like this. Well I dont like it and will complain because I don't like how they did my friend. I ask all of you not to do business here. Go somewhere else. My friend wants to return the car because now it starting to smell like piss. I think it was peed on by maybe a pet. I told my friend to return that dirty smelly car and tell everyone about her bad experience. I bet they won't pull this stunt over in the north side of town. I will help my friend report them to as many and write as many bad reviews to warn people about how they are treating their customers. People are paying thousands on their vehicle, the least they can do is mobile detail them, but they rather clean it themselves with a wet rag. Smh read more

I write this review with mixed emotions. I've always been treated great at this dealership, having bought out new cars over the last 15 years and a new $80k truck last year. The 12 Apr 2016 hailstorm demolished our 2014 Ford Focus as a total loss by the insurance company. On16 July 2016, we went to the dealership and submitted a refund form for the unused portions of several warranty policies (ext warranty, GAP, etc...). Today is 14 Sep 2016, and I still can't get a person on the phone to provide status after two months. They seem to be extremely eager to GET your money, but this is how it goes when you're entitled to some of it back: Numerous phone calls to the "cancellation" department go to voice mail. On the one occasion someone answered the phone, I was promptly "disconnected" when I ask the status. I received a voice message while at work on 9 Sep (my phone doesn't work in my secure building) after submitting an online email to company HQ, and I have yet to be able to contact "Anna" after leaving several VMs at the number she provided in her VM. This is ridiculous customer service. My Ford go-to guy left this dealership earlier this year, and we followed him to McCombs Ford in San Antonio where we bought our replacement vehicles from the hail storm. I think Southway is 'holding a grudge'.... None-the-less, I still want my refund to which I'm entitled to the tune of several thousand dollars. I submitted another status request to the company headquarters today. I'll post results when I get some on this review. read more

Southway Ford Collision Center did a great job fixing my car. Customer service is great and find words to describe there work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work. I go my car back and it looks like the day I purchased it. They do outstanding work . They're representatives are very professional and will answer any questions you have. They let you know what repairs were done that couldn't been seen from an in trained eye. Great work and great service. read more
