The experience I had with Z-Tech Automotive was top notch. Michael, the owner, helped me repair a busted motor mount on my 2009 Audi A5 Quattro. From the start Michael quickly responded to my Yelp search for a mechanic to fix my problem. He took the time to ask questions in regards to my car and past work done. Got my Audi in the shop right away and was able to fix the engine vibrations that was due to the damaged motor mount. I brought my truck in for some repairs to the steering system. I have a Ram 2500 Cummins and I'm very picky and skeptical about anyone other than me doing any maintenance on my truck, much less any stealership. I was immediately greeted after entering, the staff was amazingly friendly, and they assured me up front that the tech I would have working on it was a licensed diesel mechanic. After dropping it off, it was maybe 2 hours and I heard back everything I could need to know about the repair. I was told exactly what parts they were recommending, where they were getting the parts, and that my repair would be ready by the next morning only because they needed to get the alignment done on it. Promptly the next morning they called and told me it was ready to go. I picked it up later that day due to being a little busy that day. It's now been about a week or so since it was fixed up, and I have not had a single issue with the truck, it drives better now that I think it ever has. I fully recommend anyone who needs their vehicles worked on to give these guys your faith, they are great, friendly, fast, and honest. Hard attributes to find in a shop now-a-days. Ripped me off! BIG TIME! Charged me for all kinds of not needed repairs and parts.Over $2,000! Charged me 2 to 10 times actual cost for the "new parts" and some of the parts they said they changed out were not! They sucked me in making all kinds of promises and quoting very low prices at first. Then, once they had my only 2 year old truck, they started adding on and on. You can tell with these guys it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and how much they can con you out of. I had great hopes, but these guys are outright thieves! I trust Mike/Z-Tech with my F350 and 5th wheel RV. He changed all fluids to synthetic, inspected everything, cleaned fuel injectors, radiator flush,checked alignment, and installed new heavy duty brakes, best rated for towing.
