Mike came out and thoroughly evaluated my system (which is 20 years old). Even though there wasn't one obvious reason for the problem, he carefully checked every possibility. He found that the refrigerant was low and that the pressures weren't resetting as they should. He recharged the system, reconnected my electrostatic filter, and took the time to explain what might be causing the issue, as well as discuss possible future options. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I felt confident in his assessment and appreciated that he never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or a replacement. We noticed a lot of wasps hovering around our front yard. We were afraid maybe there was a nest in…read morethe water box but didn't want to open it just in case. I immediately went on yelp to find a pest control person and stumbled upon Master Blaster(loved their logo and small business feel). Called right away and David answered. I let him know my concerns and we set a day and time immediately for him to come out. David came out, opened the water box and found nothing. Checked our trees, and eaves just to make sure. Luckily no wasp nests.( most likely they are coming from neighbors and enjoying the water on our grass). I was relieved to hear we weren't the source of the problem. I thanked David and asked him what I owed him for the response. David assured me I lived close by and he didn't have to use any products so my business in the future would be sufficient. I've been a regular customer here because the laundromat itself is clean, well-maintained, and the…read moreattendant is always courteous. Unfortunately, a recurring issue involving a commercial cleaning company has made the environment increasingly uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe feeling. On Tuesday mornings, a commercial cleaning crew regularly occupies a large number of machines at once. 15-20 or more, which makes it difficult for regular customers to access machines during busy hours. My larger concern is the behavior I personally observed from one male worker associated with this company. I witnessed him repeatedly standing extremely close behind customers, particularly women and elderly customers, while they were loading and unloading machines. At one point, an older woman visibly turned around in alarm because of how closely he was standing behind her, and the interaction became confrontational when she reacted. The overall atmosphere felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than respectful of shared public space. The company is also washing heavily used commercial cleaning materials like mops and dust mats in shared machines, which many customers may not feel comfortable with. I previously attempted to contact management privately about these concerns and never received a response, which is why I'm posting publicly. I hope management addresses both the excessive commercial machine usage and customer safety concerns so the laundromat remains comfortable for everyone. I will never come back here again.

He proceeds to brush me off (with an attitude) saying "I have other customers here, most places are xyz$ for a shirt" Well sorry, didn't know my 2 seconds of time to answer a question was such a hinderance. I don't think I'll be taking my items here. (I'm sure they don't need my business anyways) They have absolutely no customer service and that's a big factor for me. Mind you I am a kind person, I wasn't rude or rushing him either. I just believe we get farther in life by being kind to people. Be nice. Especially when it comes to your business. That's all.
