Just a warning to not get your screen protector done here. Paid $25 for them to install one and by the time I got home that night it was already bubbling/peeling off. Went back to ask for help and they said there is nothing they can do about the screen protector lasting 1-hour. I'm still a bit dumbfounded typing this out as I didn't expect it to be an issue for them to at least give me my money back. I had a complete meltdown because I thought I stripped the screws on my new steam deck. I went to Best Buy and they recommended this place. I went to this particular store after going to the one on Mill a couple of years ago. I wouldn't have done it after going to that one except my phone was still under warranty that's where I had to get it fixed! So I had an issue with another phone and took it there then they were so much cheaper! Unbelievably so! My screen cracked so I called wireless toys and they said it would be $350. I found a different phone for $200... How much cheaper solution I thought. Then the cheaper phone started having issues so I broke down and took it back to you fix it on Thomas. Turns out the screen will be 139 and to fix the other phone was $99! Now I have two perfectly functional phones ... So I guess I have a backup?! But I do highly recommend this place after having gone there twice with two different groups of technicians. PS. The west side of the building still has Dunkin donuts on it since it's Dunkin donuts building in you have to go around that side to get into the drive-thru. So don't get confused! read more

Drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to a shop to have them repair it during open store hours as it said on their website and on Google maps. I get here and there's no one here at all and when I try to call it just rings until a busy line. This is ridiculous. I thought it would be quicker to drive to one of the stores and have it done immediately rather than waiting on an appointment time where they come to me. Now I have no idea when I'm gonna get it fixed, nor know when these store hours are actually correct. Terrible. read more

Went to T-MOBILE; my screen on my iPhone 7plus was lifted up. They said I had a 'swollen' battery, and although they couldn't fix it, recommended I take it to this company. I called this location and told Derek the problem and he said they had a battery in stock(estimated cost was $80. which is what T-Mobile said it would cost). Took it there today and it was repaired in under an hour, due to having the new battery charged so I had enough charge to make it home. Excellent customer service by Derek the manager! Happy with walking out the door for just under $90, tax inclusive. Keep in mind this location is a bit hard to find...located in a strip center and is directly to the right of free standing Dunkin' Donuts in the same building. Would highly recommend for a quick repair at a reasonable price!!! read more

My 4-year-old laptop was very very slow. Edwin at the Scottsdale Asurion store replaced my battery, installed a solid state hard drive, installed all my updates, reinstalled screws that had come loose, and vacuumed my keyboard-all at a reasonable price and definitely less costly than replacing my laptop. He was friendly and patient with me, a 75-year-old woman who is definitely not a computer whiz, but uses her computer every day. read more

Went in for battery replacement on Galaxy S7 (6 year old phone). They did not have the battery but ordered one. Two weeks later battery still not in. Both times I called at one week and two weeks they claimed batteries take a long time since they ship ground. Ground is three to five days. This phone is very common even if a bit old. Battery should not take this long to get. read more

I HOPE YOU ARE NOT IN A HURRY! I dropped off my ipad on Friday 4/8 afternoon. They told me my estimated pickup time was Saturday 4/9 at 2pm.  I assumed the ipad would be ready since their website says the turnaround time is 4 hours.  I called for the status of the repair and the guy on the phone says the ipad would probably not be ready until Monday.  He gave me some excuse about the glue needing to dry.  I called again on Monday and got the same excuse that the glue needs to dry. FINALLY on Tuesday, 4/12 (5 days later) I stop at the store in the afternoon and the ipad is finally ready. This is a 3-5 hour repair to replace the screen on the Ipad. This delay is unacceptable. read more

Rosemary was my tech. I Brought my iPhone in to replace a cracked back glass screen, was told it was going to be a pretty easy repair and I should hear back after maybe 24 hours... they called after 8 ish hours and said it was ready and had good and bad news. Good news is it was done bad news was they broke my flash on my camera but they would overnight me a new one and I could bring it back tomorrow to be fixed. When I got there to pick it up they never mentioned they had broken my front screen as well in the process, didn't seem like they were going to mention that either. I complained and then she mentioned that it happened. The next day when I brought it back she proceeded to fox both issues "free of charge" I left the store and about an hour later got a phone call I tried to answer, the earpiece microphone no longer worked. She instructed me to come back AGAIN the following day and she would get me taken care of. At this point I don't have the time for 3 repairs and 3 days. They have broken more parts on my phone than they fixed. When I came back the last time she instructed me it would be just a simple quick fix. Guess that means 3 hours because that's how long she told me it would take. Rosemary was less than helpful the last time in helping to resolve any issues or concerns I had. read more
