Many varieties of snacks and drinks, more so than the average convenience stores around the county. This is a big plus for me. Also, v clean restrooms! Whoop. Plus, they have a car wash/detailing on site (must try them next!) and you can also get an oil change if needed. I park towards the back side of the store in shade so I can quickly pack and leave. A shell employee approached me telling me to leave and couldn't be parked there. I explained to him I wanted a shady spot to repack for the long drive home and apologized for being there. Told him I was just about done if I could get a min, wouldn't take longer than 5min and he refused. He left and I gathered up my things and he sent his other 2 employees right after and nicely told me to leave again. I explained to them that's what I've been trying to do, but I agreed again and finished up anyways then left. Long story short, I've parked back there before and no one has ever told me anything until then, idk if I looked sketchy or anything but I was just trying to reorganize to get my ass home myself, I felt a little racially profiled after that, especially if I agreed with them about leaving politely twice. I find myself running into this 7-Eleven for a lotto ticket, gas, or a quick snack at least once a week. Right now, I'm addicted to their Japanese-style egg salad sandwich. The milk bread is fluffy and slightly sweet. It practically melted in my mouth. The egg and Kewpie mayo are creamy and delicious. Everything - from the texture to taste - makes this sandwich mouthwatering. I'm just sad it's nearly six dollars per sandwich. Not to mention that with the amount of these egg sandwiches I've eaten, I can feel my cholesterol climbing higher and higher. But it's SO delicious! But the one time I did go inside, (possibly because I thought I got overcharged) the clerk wasn't too friendly. It was a bit awkward because I couldn't understand him. I was thinking maybe the clerk wasn't a morning person that day. Anyway, I usually pay at the pump. For some reason one of my credit cards never seem to work here. Good thing I have the Exxon Mobil App, which lets me select the pump & allows me to pay from my phone. Not to mention I earn points for getting gas at Mobil locations. I can also enter my phone number at the pump & earn points that way too.
