There were some very intriguing options and if I intend to upgrade my equipment in the future I will keep Fort Collins Audio in mind. While Fort Collins Audio isn't the only hi-fi shop in town, they seem to specialize in midrange options that are closer to my level. Audio Alternative carries a full range of options and more variety but if you like a small, personal shop and a friendly, helpful owner, give FC Audio a visit before making your choice. It's nice to have two shops within miles of each other that are very different.

I finally called Don at FCA and went to listen to systems at his home/studio. It was only a minute before I knew where I'd get mine. Don has gear that is far beyond my level, but he has a great assortment of amps, speakers and other gear that I could afford. When I finally threatened to bring in the police over stolen property they gave me my ipad back broken. The screen was no longer working. They said it was a 'risk' and it happens. The owner, who is an immature child, did refund my money and fixed my other screen. I was okay with that until I brought in the original ipad in to a different company to be fixed. Affordable Care Services stole parts from my ipad and replaced the parts with broken ones from other ipads. The only way I found this out was by bringing it in to another repair store. When I went back to confront the owner all he could say is that he would not fix it and he said there was NOTHING wrong with it. Please. The only way that this could be made right would by him getting me the exact same ipad model in working condition or by refunding me $400 which is less amount due to the screen he replaced. When I proposed this idea he simply threw the release I signed at me and told me that no one would ever do such a thing. I really hope that no individual would trust this business. There are other places around town where they will take care of you and your electronics. If they break it or can't fix it they will replace the item for you. Beware of Affordable Computer Services!

For being a company that specializes in electronics in cars, they do NOT do a good job of wiring. This crappy wiring (along with the breathalyzer, not their fault) caused my whole starting system to be messed up. When I asked them to try and fix their mistake, I basically heard "not my problem" from the employee. When I checked the wiring for myself, it was not pretty. Just go somewhere else.

I did their online form to get them to contact me and they did so basically instantly. The best part was that it was an actual person and not an automated system response. My husband had some questions that I emailed them back and forth about. In no time it was evident that they were the ones that we wanted to install Starlink. The starlink equipment was ordered and the installation was scheduled. My starlink came sooner than expected and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate the early installation Their crew to install was two very nice guys who did a great job. Not only did they bring their booties to wear in the house but they literally had everything they needed in their vehicle. Ive had several different installers that have came to my home over the years and it usually stresses me out because they make an absolute mess and they have zero respect for your clean home and nice things. BUT Next Step Communications did a great job on the installation of my new Starlink service! The service requested was definitely completed with 100% satisfaction! It was so pleasant to have this experience with the crew from Next Step Communications. They even had a little shop vac to clean up behind themselves. Drop cloths, ladders of every size, mounts and cords for the starlink to adjust to their needs for this particular project.
