I have sent multiple certified letters and nothing. Don't do business with these con-artists for the money is not going to a good cause. I was told it would be 2-3 colors & nothing more than eggshell when I showed up to measure and give them a quote. I showed back up after receiving a deposit and they pick so many more than 2-3 colors. I don't think people realize how much extra work that creates. Semi-gloss on the walls WTF! 8-10 colors including raspberry red. I wanted to pull my hair out every day dealing with these crooks. I called the number on the website not knowing if I'd ever get a response and surprisingly the response was within the hour! Matthew exceeded my expectation in Customer response time! They should mention on their website that they're a standalone in front of the up elevators at the back of the mall near Nordstrom's. It was a little hard to fine only because I was expecting a permanent store. The person getting my order ready was very friendly and was helpful in knowing what was in each macron. Having lived in France I know what a authentic macron should taste like and these were pretty close ! I enjoyed selecting from the variety which was of course "Americanized" ie Flavors that I would not fine in France. On Black Friday, I tried to order their CELEBRATE 30% off special multiple times off my phone AND off my computer, but even though the CELEBRATE was clearly there, it kept coming up "INVALID" when it came time to pay and charging full price. What??!! I thought maybe it was subtracting the 30% now if there had been a glitch before, but NO. Just ripping off some more. The macarons here will do in a pinch but are not exactly desirable. While they have many flavors, the filling inside these macarons is a little too whipped (?) and too... fluffy? It reminded me of cake icing that was overly beaten and had started to melt. And actually, some of mine did begin to melt so I had to finish them quickly. Another reason that this place only gets three stars from me is because the service was borderline awful. There was party of about 3-4 in front of me and two people working. I was staying in Atlanta for a wedding, and we happened to be near the Perimeter Mall. Whilst searching through their shops/vendor list, we came across Macaron Queen. As a self proclaimed macaron fiend, I was ecstatic. We made our way over to the shop, and the macarons were delightfully displayed. A bevy of delicacy and color that made my mouth water. The Queen has quite a few flavors to select from, and after two full minutes of hmmming and hawing, we decided on Strawberry Cheesecakes, Fresh Raspberry, Fresh Strawberry, Vanilla, and Mango White Chocolate. My Mum noticed that when you spend $5, you receive a free coffee, which the shop attendant confirmed (but did not offer...What's up Georgia? I thought you Southerners were supposed to be super friendly and nice?). We sat down in the adorable seating area, and immediately tried two macarons. The cookie shells are passable, but the insides (raspberry and strawberry) were filled with jam. Yes, macarons are commonly filled with jam, but all of macarons I've ever had are filled with the lightest buttercream (and as previously stated, I'm slightly obsessed with these French confections). You must buy water, no tap water, which always annoys steerage class, like myself :) 4. Snobby vibe. 5. Overpriced The positives: the waffle I had transported me to my time in Brussels. Excellent. Although I don't really have a sweet tooth, I do have a weakness for macarons. I recently took a macaron baking class at Cook's Warehouse and I have a newfound appreciation for just how freakin' difficult they are to make and why they're so pricey. I love trying different flavors but often find that they taste rather generic. They're sweet, but it's difficult to actually identify the flavor. I think I may have found the jackpot with these. Their prices are reasonable (I bought 8 for $11.95) and they taste amazing. The flavors are distinct and it's easy to tell them apart. Pistachio is always a favorite of mine, but I also really loved the blueberry cheesecake and the chocolate. OMG. These are the absolute best macarons I've ever had. I feel like they are even better than Laduree, which I have schlepped across cities in Europe for. They are truly perfect: moist, never dry and crunchy. The flavors are exquisite. My absolute FAVORITE is red velvet. It is DIVINE, but really I haven't had one that isn't good. Usually I get very good service here but today was something else. They ran out of chocolate macarons so we had to get the chocolate macs with the chocolate chips on the top. My son wasn't too happy about that. But before we can order, the clerk barked, "How many?" Like I wasn't about to tell her how many I wanted. Smh I went ahead and ordered but instead of my usual box of 20, I ordered five. Then upon check out she never asked for my member card and once I reminded her, she scoffed that it was too late and that I should've told her ahead of time. Needless to say, she pissed me off by attempting to go back and forth with me on something so petty. I love stopping by the kiosk at Perimeter mall to grab a bag of three macarons -- makes for a nice afternoon pick-me-up. My favorite flavor so far is the white chocolate mango, but I have enjoyed the strawberry shortcake as well. I noticed that the bag of five macarons is slightly different -- not just the number, but the actual cookies. I find that in the bag of five, the cookies contain more filling. Maybe you enjoy that or maybe you don't... for me, I prefer the ratio of filling to cookie in the bag of three. It's just too much filling for me in the bag of five. I like the cookie to be crispier and I find with more filling, it makes the cookie more soggy. Just my honest opinion... Prices are reasonable. A bag of three is around $4 after tax. I believe a bag of 5 is around $8, but if you get a gift box of five, it's $10. I haven't purchased any higher amounts than that, but oddly enough, the higher the number of cookies, the more pricey it is (usually higher quantities mean lower cost per unit). They explain that the cookies are larger in the higher quantity packs, but I can't really tell, I do know they have more filling, as I mentioned earlier. The ladies at the kiosk are always nice. They typically ask you for a flavor that you like and they will grab all the bags that contain that flavor and name the other flavors inside. I guess they must have the cookies' appearance ingrained in their minds, because there are NO flavor labels on the bags at all! Impressive. Also, the bags are packed ahead of time so you can't choose the exact flavors you want, but you can always give them a call and put in a custom order. There is no extra charge for that. You can arrange to pick them up from the Lenox or Perimeter locations, which I thought was nice and convenient. read more

I was heading to leave, maybe stop at Teavana first, and lo and behold right at the top of the escalator, what do I see? A Macaron Queen kiosk! I hurry over and talk to the girl there, I tell her of course I've had macarons before, even from Macaron Queen but at Lenox, super psyched they're over here. I tell her about my fave macaron in Paris which was a Pierre Herme passionfruit dark chocolate. They had passionfruit and chocolate, but as separate macarons (I WILL LOVE YOU EVEN MORE FOREVER IF YOU DO ONE TOGETHER, IF YOU READ THIS :D). But unfortunately for me, the passionfruit ones were just on the menu still, not there for the day. I got 5 macarons, which was just under $7 after tax. I like that you can tell whoever's working what flavors you're interested in and they will pick out some of the bags, tell you everything in there, and then you can pick one. Today I tried: - Lemon: this was eaten by the time I got on 285. I love citrusy macarons (I love all macarons though), and this is no exception. - Strawberry Shortcake: this one is so good. One shell is vanilla, one is strawberry, and the cream in the middle is DIVINE. - Princess Cake: this was a special, and it was so pretty I regret not taking a picture before putting it in my face. The tops of the shells were blue, but the rest of it was purple. The filling was a bit like cream cheese. I don't really know what it was, but I was told it was like cheesecake and that I would like it. Both are facts. - Chocolate: come on. - Vanilla: this is hands down the best vanilla macaron I've ever had. It just sort of ended up last because it's vanilla. But it was SO GOOD. I definitely would go there with an interest in some of the more funky flavors because I think this is where they excel, and vanilla! Try the vanilla one. All the macarons are prepackaged since obviously given it's a kiosk they don't have a proper way for handwashing to be handling the macarons. I don't mind but I know from some reviews of their first kiosk that people count that against them. Personally I like having to only make a choice of what set of flavors I get from a few bags rather than trying to pick a bunch and not get too many. But if it's really a big deal to you, you can actually custom order online with at least 2 days notice. Also they have a frequent buyer card! Buy ten times and you get some sort of pack I am not sure about, but will come back and edit when I know, haha. read more

I made a stop by here yesterday pretty close to closing time and my macarons were pretty fresh. Yes their macarons have a lot of filling that may be too whipped but stick them in the fridge and they will be fine. I have yet to eat a flavor I did not like. They are pretty pricey but standard with other macaron pricing. I got the 6 pack which I believe was $12.50. The only thing I wished was there was a box for the 6 pack. The young lady working there was very personable and explained the business to me , my options, and the popular items. I opted for a waffle (all of them come with powdered sugar unless you ask to not have it) with caramel on top. The waffles themselves are sweet so you don't necessarily need something sweet besides that and the powdered sugar. But I love caramel. Served up piping hot - be careful. Very tasty.
