Once here, he was able to quickly identify the issue with our furnace with the description of issue and confirmed after a quick visual inspection of the related components. He went out of his way to help describe how we could self-service the specific part (if we wanted to do so) should the same issue occur in the future - a tremendous value-add to the experience. Cost quoted for some other work was extremely reasonable as well.
