When it stopped cooling this year, I reached out to have George take a look - we already knew we had an ancient furnace/blower that was nearing a need for replacement and old, inefficient ducting, and it turned out, our ancient a/c coil was also leaking refrigerant. George came to take a look at my AC after I had a shock earlier with a company telling me I needed a new coil and condenser at $5,000. He was very professional and even removed his shoes so he didn't track anything into the house. He got to work, found a clogged filter, clogged pipe, a hose needing a clamp.
