Came here for Obgyn appt. in Dallas with first available Obgyn (Dr. Enganno). The wait time was short and the check in process was fairly simple. The ladies at the front are all friendly and his nurses are AWESOME. They are the reason that I continued on with this practice. Super friendly, informative, and always return my call the same day I leave messages. Dr. Enganno was in after a less than 5-minute wait in patient room. He is very young but really easy to talk to and made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process. My exams are usually quite uncomfortable, but he made it quick and as painless as was possible. As a side note, Joe is the best ultra sound tech in the practice so we always request ours with him since those are the few visits that you actually have to pay for! :) read more

Found this place from great ratings on ratemds.com and made an appointment on a whim despite the bad Yelp reviews (from like 2 years ago...). This MacArthur OBGYN accepted my insurance, was down the street from home & work, had good ratings on other websites and looked nice (they're on top of online services - big plus! They care enough about patients to invest in a decent website/portal). My first impression was that front desk was incredibly nice, friendly & fast. Followed by how clean and welcoming the building/hallways/bathrooms/offices are, it's in the details right? My dr (Dr. Enggano) is super friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, I've never felt rushed yet my appointments seem pretty quick. I was reintroduced to birth control pills but felt they weren't right for me, my dr was quick to reply to my e-mails and scheduled me another visit for an alternative. I went with an IUD and researched extensively about it so I didn't have too many questions or concerns upon the procedure. After getting it, my dr was great about following up and making sure everything is as it should be. I like that my dr is involved in the medical community outside of this job, I think passionate people do their jobs better. This place can get pretty pricey if you don't have insurance but when it comes to your health & body, it's worth the price. I did have a bit of a wait for a sonogram once but it was during the afternoon rush - early mornings seem to be the best time for appointments. read more

This place is so friendly and helpful!! I am a guy so I can only tell you how they treat us and what my wife thinks. She absolutely loves the friendly staff and how she is treated at all time here. When we were pregnant with our daughter, DR Fanous was very informative and helpful for all of my concerns and questions! I feel very welcome and not as out of place as I would have thought here. We are now having our second son and are once again dealing with these professionals, and yes they are all very friendly and helpful PROFESSIONALS!! I've been seen Dr.Sakovich for the annual checkup for 2 years. I am pregnant now and still under his care. Doctor is very trustworthy and make me relax after every appointments. my doctor was dr livingston, i hardly saw him the entire time i was pregnant, he was either unavailable or just not there, i saw everyone else's doctor. i had an emergency c-section back in february, the L&D nurse was trying to get ahold of dr livingston and he wasnt answering at all whatsoever. he wasnt there for my c section or anything. 4 weeks after my c section i tried to request an appointment due to me having a painful lump where my incision was and i needed it looked at, i never got a response, call, nothing. long story short theyre not very attentive to some patients, my appointments would be at 1:30 for example, and i wouldnt get into a room or be seen until 3:30 and i would get out of there an hour later for a 5 minute conversation in the room. read more

All you preggie ladies out there, do yourself a favor and get into MacArthur OB/Gyn. Best lady doctors here who have a LOT of patience and give expert advice. Dr. P is the best just in case you want a recommendation. Also they have monthly 'training'/'information' sessions towards the last trimester that would be very helpful. Avoid the front desk staff including the billing ladies, I guess they get jealous seeing all the preggie ladies with their husbands living a normal life. Personally, i have had nothing but good experiences with MacArthur OB/Gyn. Several of my friends, as well as myself, have been patients of Dr. Jeff Livingston over the last 6 years. I am currently 28 1/2 weeks pregnant. I have never had to wait longer than a few moments to be called back to be seen. All the nurses and doctors are super helpful and understanding. During my pregnancy i have hit a few snags, but throughout it all the staff at MacArthur Ob/Gyn have done their best to accommodate same day appointments when i needed them as well as always being willing to answer any and all questions i have had along the way. I have always been treated like a priority even when the nurses were obviously busy elsewhere. I love that i don't have to wait more than a day to get my results back from any and all labs done. The doctor or his personal assistant emails me whenever my labs come in and inform on whether the results are good or bad. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Gray at MacArthur ObGyn for several years now as my Gynecologist and now that I am pregnant, I am really glad I have her as my Obstetrician! She is very understanding and supportive of my needs and questions. When I am in for a visit, I feel like she is really listening to my concerns (no matter how trivial) and gives me honest feedback. The office staff is really nice when I'm in the office, return my calls and emails in a timely manner, and get me in and out as quickly as possible. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because now that I am pregnant, the earliest I can get in to an appointment any day is 9am and that is really hard on my work schedule when your appointments are a lot longer than a well-women's visit. read more

I have been going to this clinic for 7 months already. I love how they attend you right when you get through the door. The nurses and secretaries are very nice. They help you with anything you need. My doctor is O'neil and I will recommend him to anyone who is pregnant. He's very nice and always asks if you have any questions. he like sto learn more about yourself so that you can feel comfortable around him. This is my first pregnancy and with everything going on with COVID I was very nervous. Dr.Gray and staff made me feel so much better about my pregnancy. Anytime I call with a question they always return my call in the same day and is very informative. I also was diagnosed with diabetes and had to start seeing Dr. Kim . I do not do well with needles . Kim took the time with explaining everything and even displaying what I need to do . Made me feel so much better. I'm truly happy to have Dr.Gray and Dr.Kim as my providers. Sure the staff is nice when you meet them. But the wait is ridiculous! I have only seen my dr. 1 time and I am 20 weeks pregnant. We knew we were pregnant early on. Literally every time we wait we have to go ask what's taking so long. We get responses like "we're to busy to give you an up date or there's no telling how long it will be for you to be seen because there are two ppl ahead of you." Our last appointment they put us in a room and we waited two hours! I went out to where the nurses were and no one asked if I needed anything. I had to ask multiple people if I had been forgotten. They sent me back to the room and the a midwife came into our room shortly after to tell me our dr went to deliver a baby. NBD if y'all would have told us up front. I really really really wish I never came here!!!! I miss too much work and I wish I could transfer out. read more

I am 26 weeks pregnant with twins. I have been going here for about 3 months. I switched to them after dealing with a inexperienced doctor. We had a scheduling conflict about a month back, no one cared to fix it and I had to suffer the consequences of driving all the way there, having my appointment with sono, broken down into two trips. I stay in Dallas and I go to the las Colinas location. Things move fairly quick with them. The whole 3 months I have not had a pelvic exam although I have been having recurrent yeast infections and in the beginning of my pregnancy I bled frequently and would go to the emergency room. Dr. Carleo is a nice doctor but very brief, being that I am a first time mom, I think he should spend a little more time informing me. However thank God that they are not sticking me every chance they get!!! They have not been able to get my depression medicine, trantellix, to go through for a prior authorization and the second medication I had been on here told me to stop. He prescribed me wellbutrin but I had previously taken the medicine and had a side effect. I couldn't remember what it did to me so he said to try it again, while im pregnant. This makes me uncomfortable and I will not take new meds. I want him to care enough to get my prior authorization to go through for my medicine. I hope this review helps. I also want a discount on my 4d sonogram so I thought this is the time to tell my truth. I hope it helps. read more

We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent care at MacArthur OB/GYN. Our midwife, Rachel Zimmer, is friendly, caring, and considerate of our wishes for the birth of our son. The free childbirth classes are also well-organized and very informative, especially for first-time parents. The front office staff seems to be well-trained, and they do a nice job minimizing waiting time. I am having my first child and was noticeably nervous when I made my first appointment.Several people had cautioned me on how important it is in picking an Obstetrician but having no experience I went with a place that was close to me. I am so glad and so relieved to have picked right. My doctor, Dr. Patel is very smart and very easy to talk to. She has a great welcoming smile that puts you at ease when you dont know what to expect.She answers every question I have and her staff is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Vitals are checked every time and questions are always asked as if their is real concern for your well being. I was also impressed with the tablets used in signing in and filling out new patient paperwork. All doctors offices should instill this technology. It's my first pregnancy and I feel comfortable asking my doctor, Dr. Livingston, any questions or consulting with him about any concerns I have! The sonogram staff is honestly the best, they're so nice and they explain everything for you if you're lost. At my doctor's office the staff is just as amazing, they're super nice and answer any questions you may have about next appointments, about classes they give, or just any other services they provide. All suites are always so clean, restrooms are clean, and everything just looks so organized even through this pandemic. What I especially loved about MacArthur was that they don't take forever. I tried 2 other OB-GYN clinics that were closer to me but my wait time was always about 2 hours which I found ridiculous. The doctors allow assistance to make detrimental decisions that effect the lives of patients. These very assistance lack the knowledge of medical care, but can not do simple tasks as update records. Long story short: doctors lie and use deception in order to push unnecessary medical treatment. Practice does not care for patients. If concerns regarding improper medical care are brought up to their attention, practice responds by improperly dismissing the patient (denying further treatment) without notice, instead of addressing valid concerns. read more

I had an appointment scheduled to meet with Dr Lopez and received a text message reminder 2 hours prior to arriving for the scheduled appointment. When I arrive 30 minutes early (as required to complete patient paperwork) I am told the Dr left the office early and can't see me. I will need to reschedule and "Oh you must not have checked your voicemail" and than several seconds later am told that my "voicemail was not setup when we called". Both of these comments were completely irrelevant because I was never called. I proceed to ask why I can't be seen by one of the other 15 different doctors that are listed on the front door of the practice. The receptionist tells me that I am Dr Lopez's patient and I would have to be seen by her. At this point I am livid. I took time off of work for an appointment to meet with a Dr who leaves the office when she has patients scheduled to be seen and the incompetent front desk clerk can't seem to figure out a way to resolve the issue. When I tell the front desk clerk she is unprofessional, more than likely she is the reason I was not contacted in advance and made aware that the appointment was cancelled last minute, and that this is ridiculous -- the tacky receptionist tells me we can part ways and she puts a note on my electronic file banning me from the entire practice. So let me get this right - I scheduled an appointment, I pre-planned time off work for said appointment, I receive a text reminder two hours prior to the appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment - and am told (after wasting my gas and PTO from work) the appointment is going to need to be rescheduled for a different day (which would require me to take more time off of work) and the incompetent receptionist in no way is willing to resolve the issue and accommodate me...and I'm wrong for being pissed off and telling her she is unprofessional and this whole situation is ridiculous??? Let me make it known once more ---the situation was totally ridiculous, inconsiderate, and your receptionist is unprofessional. read more
