Even though I had early confirmation for the time and date plus periodic text and email reminders including that morning. Called and got some woman who had no idea of our rental though when she checked was on her schedule. Claimed she was 1/2 hour away but the earliest she could get there was 2 hours!!! Clearly didn't want to be bothered. No offer at all to make up for a major shrew up on their part and the inconvenience to us. Horrible, horrible place. Ther are much, much better canoe rental places in west Michigan with much, much better attitudes towards customers. That's where I'll be going. So sound you.

We got to the meeting spot and our kayaks were ready for us to enjoy a morning of paddling on Pigeon River. It was $35 per kayak for a half day rental. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to kayak in the Holland area.

When we arrived they were already there and ready for us.The Pigeon River was beautiful, clean, and super relaxing.
