0 Stars For the Horrendous experience. Don't waste your time coming to this dealership! The salesman was completely unprofessional, Rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. I called ahead of time to check out a car on one of there listings. They told me to come in and check it out, when I arrived the car wasn't ready, the salesman was nonchalant af. He was rude and didn't want to show me the car fax, the reason why was because the car was salvage and he seemed to want to hide that since the description on the website said it was clean title. The car had complete frame damage. He had no idea about the car history or how to answer any questions. And this man still has the audacity to act like he's doing me a favor lol what a waste of time ! read more

After finally getting my car home I was informed about a week later I needed to bring it back for VIN Verification. So I came up from Stockton and the guy wasn't even there and the "family" or whoever works there didn't know I was coming. Asked if I could come back next day. Then the guy calls me back saying the car needs to go to Sacramento for the VIN verification. Car comes back half empty just after I put gas in and I found 2 screw drivers under the hood. Cold air intake wasn't carb legal so I had to swap that out. The I waited over 2 months for my license plates which never came. Called to asked if they sent them out. I was assured that they sent them and should continue to wait. Still after another month called again and they said it was basically my problem because they "supposedly" sent them. Went to DMV and they told me the dealer never requested new plates. And I had to pay for them myself. I would never recommend this place to a friend or family or even a stranger that's desperate for a vehicle. I was ran in circles trying to get everything together. Fuck this place. UPDATE: A/c went out, turns out there was tape holding the leak in until it gave out. Guessing this was the handiwork of the dealership cutting cost. read more

Be extremely careful when you come here looking for a vehicle I came here looking at a Mitsubishi Evo that I saw on Autolist. The vehicle on the Carfax report showed a front end accident with airbags deployed and when I went on site to the dealer I did see the damage and where it was repaired. When I asked him about the damage they completely denied it and showed me a bogus "Free"report. The lady there told me that they bought it from an auction and that they have to disclose anything that happens to the vehicle prior to the auction commencing. Of course then another guy comes up to me and tells me that they got it from a friend of theirs and they were selling it for them. Completely too faced liars and I even showed them the damage and how the lines on the car are messed up. To be honest the damage didn't bother me because I already knew about it before hand but the fact they lied about it over and over again trying to cover it up made me feel like they were trying to hide something else. Well as a matter fact they were, the car has no cat, and has a bunch of illegal modifications done to it so it would never pass smog even though he says he will smog it before hand which obviously means that he knows some shady mechanic that will do it illegally and then two years down the road when you have to re-smog it you will be screwed! Not only that but they wouldn't even let me test drive it unless they first ran through A credit check and make sure I could be approved. Told them that I would not do that because I'm paying cash and even after that they said they still could not let me drive it. All in all just be very careful when you're going to small dealers like these people as they can be super sketchy and you really have to keep your eye open. Might save a few bucks but in this instance someone is going to be royally screwed. I hope this helps someone out who may be interested in going to this place! read more

I just want to say how glad me and my boyfriend are to have came to this dealership after finding them on car gurus. We were driving all over the place and we were coming from Sacramento when we gave them a call and told them to please wait for us. They waited and when we arrived we were greeted with smiles and positive honest vibes. Will my boyfriend went to test drive the car I sat in there lobby and chatted with one of the brothers. He was honest and kind and made me feel like he wasn't just after our business. We then proceeded to purchase a car from them they gave us information that we didn't know that will help us in the future. I completely would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a car from honest people. We walked out of there so happy and pleased and now I'm thinking of going back there to look for another car myself. If anyone reads this and have doubts about this place please disregard those doubts u will leave happy and pleased. Side note: they even dealt with my hyper son they never once gave me a dirty look or anything to make me feel uncomfortable and moms u know what feeling I'm talking about. Just purchased my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was in great condition, during the test drive the sensor indicated the tire was low. The owner topped off all tires and told me if for any reason the tire gives me a problem to go to the shop down the road to get it fixed on him. And they gave me an awesome deal on the van. Great doing business with and very friendly. Plus they gave me the opportunity to purchase a warranty package for ongoing coverage.
