They're very fast, friendly and helpful. They have a lot of selections of good models of cars to choose. I would recommend this auto dealership.

It is still for sale there. BE AWARE.

I looked at a car and got the VIN number. The dealership did not tell me that there were two outstanding safety recalls on the car. One that is a faulty airbag that can kill people when deployed and the other is one that can cause the car to spontaneously catch fire. I told them those recalls needed to be done. I contacted the dealership several times and asked if it had been done. I didn't receive a response after several responses and then I did. I received the response that the recall work was done (photo attached). I went down there to see the car. I could tell the car hadn't been moved since I last saw the car and asked for verification the car had the recall work done. They backtracked and the work had not been done. I left and told them to tell me when the work was done and I would come back then. They called about a week later and let me know that the work was done. I told them I would test drive the car since it was safe now. I was told, "We drive it all the time and it's been safe." Tell that to the mother of the 16 year-old that died from the airbag going off. It gets worse. I test drove the car; a 335i BMW hardtop convertible, one owner, 55,000 miles approximately. The AC was not cold. I asked about it and several other things that were broken. They told me they would have their mechanic on-site look at it and check it. I was called and told that everything had been fixed and that they were waiting for the coolant they ordered to put in the AC because it was just low. He said the AC system had been checked for leaks with a chemical put into it. On Saturday, I got a call that the car was completed. I said I would come in to buy the car and needed to know the total amount to get a cashiers check and I wanted the contract to state the AC system had been checked for leaks before the coolant was put in. He refused. Absolutely refused. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager. He said that no manager was available. He said no manager was available until Monday. I told him I thought he was lying again as he did about the recall being done. He said he wasn't there job to make sure it was mechanically decent and I could take it to my own mechanic and pay out of my own pocket to have it thoroughly inspected at my own cost. I said I would and I did. What the mechanic found in that car included rat nests, a bent rim, engine tuning problems likely related to rats chewing threw wires, the AC was leaking so much coolant that it already wasn't as cold as it should be and the engine light and been recently reset. I have been lied to and they tried to sell me a car that mechanically should be salvaged. I have the text messages and paperwork to prove it. But most importantly, this dealership was willing to put me in a car that could kill me and others.

Do you research before purchasing a car from here. Read the reviews and don't pay for the extended warranty. It's a scam.

Buckle up, this will be a good one…read more We have been entertaining the idea of a van to convert to a rec vehicle. Through CarGurus we found a van that was located at Devine Auto. I googled Devine Auto and checked out what reviews had to say. After doing our homework we decided we wanted to check out this 2014 Ram Promaster. Their website has an option to text a question, I sent a message inquiring on who they use for financing and what rates are. Anthony texted back within an hour and let me know they have a few different credit unions they use. He also followed up with a call (we weren't able to connect,) but appreciate the effort. Fast forward to the next day, we were in Modesto for an appointment. Started early and walked in as soon as they opened and were warmly greeted by Elvis. He was able to show us the van and we both were able to drive it. Upon return we started the purchase process, sat down with Mike. We gave Mike a price out the door we were comfortable with and he made it happen. Also used his financing after checking with my bank. We left for our appointment and then came back to complete the paperwork and drove home in our new to us preloved Promaster. We had a few issues we found and called Mike. He was quick to get the van back and correct the issues with no question. We also purchased a warranty with the van being 10 years old. We had an amazing experience at Devine Auto. I am not sure when we will need to buy again, but Devine will be our first stop. Mike, Elvis, Anthony, Roy... all of them were like old friends and the vibe was so comfortable. I would recommend Devine Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The customer parking was a bit off to the side in a rocky area but I'm guessing it's because they just have a massive amount of cars in their inventory When we talked to some of the staff we quickly were able to test drive a 2019 Subaru Outback that we were looking for which was awesome. They pulled it up for us and gave us a map that showed you where all you go for your test drive. The test drive is really just a giant circle around the block which has varying speed limits so it's a bit short but also just enough to get a feel for the car. I also appreciate that they don't feel the need to sit in the car with you so you can just focus on the test drive. We told them we were interested in the car but there were a weird issue where the window control panel on the driver side only was able to roll up/down the driver window but none of the others. They said they would immediately take It over to get it fixed and did just that. The prices are non-negotiable which we'd read online but the cars they have in their inventory are actually in really great condition. They all had brand new tires, cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and they repair any issues that previous owners didn't want to. They defintiely put time, money, and labor into each of the cars and when you compare across other dealerships, Robert's Auto cars are in better condition. When we were talking through the price they were immediately able to show us what the costs were out-the-door with the exact breakdown of fees which there are no "surprise fees". They only charged for what was required (title/taxes/registration) and THAT IS IT. We told them we'd come back with a cashiers check and did exactly that in 30 mins. We spent maybe an extra 25 mins to sign paper work and by that time the driver side window control panel was fixed and they had prepped/washed/polished the car inside and out which was awesome. In total we spent maybe 2 hours from when we first pulled in, to where we drove off with the car and I really appreciated how transparent and chill the staff was. Cons: My only incredibly minor complaint/observation was that none of the cars that I saw have floor mats. Which is more odd than anything. If I see I car I want there in the future, I would definitely drive the 4 hours back just because I know exactly what I'm going to get. I'd highly recommend their team! We're all human and miss things but the difference is that they're willing to pay out of pocket to get it fixed before you drive off and even give you 5 days to bring it back (I think) and a 30 day dealer warranty. If the car you want has CarPlay then make sure you bring a USB cable Here's a list of things I like to check: Lights: turn signals, hazards, high and low beams, fog lights Interior: speakers (check to make sure none of them are blown out), all seat controls on driver and passenger side. Make sure they can move forward/back/up/down/etc. Check seat heaters, check the AC works, check window wipers/+rear, check that all of the window controls on all of the doors, check the back up camera. When test driving: check the blind spot detection indicators Overall, 10/10 car dealership!

Since these two lots supposedly belong to the same people as the Volkswagen dealer, it will be convenient to return the car to the VW dealer and shop the two lots. I spent some time at the lot next to the VW/Hyundai dealer and no one came to see me. That's odd. I've been to car lots where I would only be halfway out of my car and someone would be there to greet me. In any case, prices are clearly marked. Some of the cars are previous rentals, so they should have had all scheduled maintenance. They list which cars were rentals on the web site but not on the price listing. The other lot, next to the Nissan and Dodge dealers is somewhat mixed with the new vehicles and it's a bit confusing what is used (excuse me, pre-owned) and what is new. On a previous visit, a salesperson was quite helpful. This time, a salesperson stared a me, as if to figure out whether I had money or not, and then, went about his business without a word to me. I really don't want to buy a car now, but the mess is forcing this. If the sales people don't want to bother, what incentive do I have to shop there?
