    Metal in engine oil with 100 miles on it

    Dodgy used car dealership. I bought a car from them that ended up being "too good" of a deal. I put 300 miles on the odometer and it needs a new engine because some walmart tire technician was paid, in cash, to do an engine rebuild on the car before it was put up for sale. I only found this out after I purchased and they have no receipts or work orders for the work they claim they did. Don't even buy a Toyota from these guys, because something will be wrong with it and they'll slap bandaids on it to make it seem great from a few dozen miles. This place is predatory and has sketchy practices.

    Ok so I was shopping around and saw a very nice luxury Mercedes Benz that I fell inlove with and went to go test drive it on a Sunday afternoon. I decided to sleep on it because it's a buy as is car dealership. They didn't force me or try and harass me out the door. They were respectful of my decision.. Than I called them to see if they would be willing to drop it at a European Service Mechanical Shop for a buyers inspection which I had arranged over the phone. They said sure and dropped the Mercedes Benz off for me. After I got the report back and got a thumbs up from the mechanic as well as a full report sheet. I went the following day to buy it. I did my due diligence and patiently took steps before impulsively buying. I just wanted to come here and give my review because they were great and very honest too if asked the right questions. I'm happy with my purchase

    I found a 2012 Jetta and Amber texted me. We texted for 7 days about me coming to get the car as they are only open until til 5pm during the week and I live two hours from their location. I texted Amer this morning confirming I was coming to get the car today & that I would be there around 12pm. He confirmed and we started the +2 hr drive. 20 minutes from getting there Amer texted sorry friend just sold the Jetta. I called the office and spoke with Alex who said come in anyways and I will work something out with you for another car. I told Alex I did not want to come to the office if they were not going to have a car with the same miles at the same price point and he told me not to worry. So we kept going with the expectation of taking home a car. We got to the office and conveniently Alex had stepped out. They tried showing me cars that were well over the price point we discussed and the man who was helping apologized and said there's nothing he could do. I thanked them for wasting our time and left. 10/10 do not recommend.

    I was looking for a drop top SS Camaro for a while & came across this baddie! My favorite color scheme too...I just had to have it! I drove out from SJ to test drive it & it was the easiest experience ever. After messaging through their business number we were directed to the other location they have. Upon arriving we drove up & Alex tossed me the keys...took it for a spin...the rest is history! I ended up taking her back home with me on that same day. Rafai was tremendously easy to work with & Ahed Maam was awesome with follow up & assuring all my paperwork got to me. He responded to my concerns and had my plates & registration sent to me in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with my SS Maro & definitely recommend NMotion Motors as they have excellent deals! It's a little bit different than the usual since their vehicles are stored in warehouses but considering the cost of rent for brick & mortar locations I completely understand why they choose not to go that route. I assume that's why they have such good prices on some pretty nice vehicles. Nevertheless, I would definitely refer friends & family as they have decent cars at great prices. Thanks NMotion Motors team. It was a simple & great experience doing business with you.

He's the one who recommended I consider getting a new car, and I'm so glad I trusted him. On the sales side, Anthony Rodarte and James Herren made everything incredibly easy. Anthony went above and beyond. He handled every detail, kept me informed, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt pressured, only respected. He was honest, thorough, and provided outstanding customer service. They didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, and Anthony personally went out of his way to pick it up for me, which really shows his dedication. Todd Suender in finance was also fantastic! Super organized, thorough, and made sure I understood everything clearly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was an accommodating and genuinely enjoyable experience.     WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I bought a new car (2024 honda prologue) last year. when I bought the car, it had some paint missing on the bumper, where the headlights are. I told the technician at Tracy Honda and they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. At ~7k miles, the paint got worse and started to chip away more. I contacted American Honda to get it fixed because the paint on the bumper was coming off and I could see the rubber seal of the headlights sticking out, they connected me with Walnut Creek Honda. When I got the car back from WC Honda, it came with the headlight still put on wrong. I mentioned it to the technician, that the headlight rubber was still visible and they told me that it was normal. I also mentioned to the technician that the back lights look like they are on wrong due to the empty space on one of the headlights, he said it was normal. A weeks later as I was washing my car I noticed that the light on the back of the driver side started to shake, but when I went in the daytime, it didn't shake. I went back to WC Honda and told them about the front & back headlight to the technician & he basically told me that it was not his problem. I called American Honda again, and they told me that I have to find a dealership that will accept the warranty and fix the car. I also saw that the dealership charged me 6k dollars more on the lease papers than stated by word. Very Shady Dealership

We agreed on a price, he didn't fudge the numbers, start to finish with him was a positive experience. Negative: Only thing I didn't appreciate, is probably a dealerships decision. We purchased a used car from them... after completing paperwork and getting ready to leave.. noticed 1) they didn't have any mats in the car. 2) they only supplied us with one key. This was for a 2yr old car. At the prices the cars are selling at, I can't believe those two things are not provided as regular preparation for a sale. We purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage (which we are pleased with..).. now we have to order mats and search around to order the key and have it programmed. While you state that all options were reviewed and voluntarily agreed to, our experience did not reflect that level of openness. Key information regarding financing and add-ons was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall process felt misleading rather than transparent. Going forward, I will not allow the dealership to communicate directly with my wife regarding any transactions or financing matters without my presence. Given how the deal was presented and finalized, this boundary is necessary due to the lack of clear and straightforward communication we experienced. This has significantly impacted our trust in your dealership. Additionally, we were told that the bank required the purchase of an extended warranty in order to receive a better interest rate. This representation felt misleading and reinforced our concerns about the sales tactics used during the transaction. Based on this experience, we are genuinely concerned about any future visits or interactions with your dealership. Our expectation is honest, direct, and transparent communication--something we did not receive.
