He is tremendously skilled, and he does all the work by hand! I dropped off 3 pairs of shoes to be resoled or reheeled. He gave me a turn around in one week. They were done in 48 hours! Wow! He shined up all three pairs, and they look fantastic. The heels match perfectly - the hiking boots even have the same Vibram sole as the original. Highly recommend this local shop if you have shoes needing repair! It was well worth the $140 we paid for all three pairs. We couldn't replace even one pair for that price!

She said they'd be ready in about two weeks. Two weeks later I stopped in and my jeans weren't done. The owner apologized saying she was a little busier than normal, but that they'd be ready in the next two or three days. No big deal - stuff happens. I couldn't stop in during the week, but said I'd stop in the next Saturday. When I came back my jeans still weren't ready. The owner explained that she had some rush orders, where people pay extra to jump the line, and that pushed my request back. I kind of get it, I mean make your money, but I followed the rules and I felt like I was being penalized. After a short conversation, the owner ended up hemming my jeans after I stepped out to run a few other errands, which I appreciated... and she did a really good job. I'm willing to try again because I don't want to give up on a good tailor, but I'll definitely discuss lead times and expectations when I return.

She confirmed that the total would be $30 for the two combined. I drove approximately 10 miles to leave them at her shop. My wife was informed that she meant $15 per leg. Which would add up to $60 for the pair of overhauls. When I complained that I was told differently, they acted like I should have know what they meant when it was priced to me. They were very rude, and acted like they could care less about my business. I felt like I was being scammed!!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!
