Beautifully refinished boots done by The Shoe Master
    Austin B.

The Shoe Master did an absolutely amazing job on my Chelsea boots. After getting a dusting of spray paint on them he refinished them and made them look better than brand new! He and his wife have exceptional customer service and were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

    Look at those red boots!!

Be aware: if your shoes don't work out, you will not get your money back here…read more I purchased running shoes that caused a painful foot injury after only a short period of use. When I returned them within 30 days, I learned this store only gives store credit, no refunds. The employees were dismissive of my concerns, showed little care about the injury, and one employee even laughed and told me I should shop elsewhere if I didn't like their policy. So rude and unprofessional. This place is just another highway robbery dressed up as a shoe experts. As a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed. I was forced into store credit against my wishes, and this experience has completely broken my trust in the business.

I picked up my packet, and then took some time to take in the store itself. First of all it's a small store, but I really liked that they had a big variety of brands, including Glyder and Hoka, which are both brands I really enjoy. They had a sale going while I was there and items in my size were picked over, but had I known about it and gotten in on the action sooner I think I could have snagged some really great deals. Overall, it's a small store, with great items, and friendly service. I love that it's local, and it's a fantastic option if you are looking to purchase some running shoes and avoid a big box store.

The store is really laid out nicely. It feels spacious without feeling vacant. It is easy to access clothing. Clothing includes brands like Cynthia Steffe and Vince, which are sophisticated and modern at the same time. I think they have just the right amount of accessories mixed in, including handbags, scarves, gloves, jewelry and clutches. I was impressed to see they carry Botkier, instead of the typical Hobo/Tory Burch selection. For jewelry, they carry the omnipresent NYC Me&Ro jewelry, but manage to balance it out by also featuring to local jewelry designers. One of the local designers is displayed on a low coffee table and should be moved to a higher spot for better viewing. The only thing I am not a fan of is the dressing room. I know the curtained dressing room is easy to build, but it sucks for the customer. The curtains never offer complete privacy and I more than once I have had salespeople at others stores yank back the curtain without warning. Combined with the fact that you have to come out of the room to look in the mirror... :(. I like this store because I think they have a good eye for buying. They should do well. They just ned to get the word out. I will help spread the news. Welcome to PV!

I found the two girls working there to be attentive, helpful and fun, which enhances the shopping experience. They pointed out a couple of things they thought I might like and joined with me in sniffing a bag to make sure it was leather. :) I wish I could post a photo of one of the bags I bought. It's orange with pink and bronze crossed guitar appliques on the front and a broad suede whip-stitched strap that looks like a guitar strap with studs and "LOVE" emblazoned on it. I LOVE it. $80, like new. Also picked up a Brahmin croc-embossed wallet that is like new at a third of the price you'd pay at Nordies. There was also some cool locally made jewelry that I hope is still there on my next trip I may try trading or consigning to fund my adventures there. If you like funky, sort of high-end "thrifting," you'll love Lulu's!

I maintain that…read moreit's a fairly standard Target, chock full of what you'd expect to find at any of their locations Nationwide. The parking lot is still a massive disaster IMO, especially with how it bottlenecks at the entrance, though to be fair to them, I'm not sure what else they could do to fix it. What does work here is that the lot is huge so you'll at least find a spot, even if it's a tad bit stressful getting in and out. Now, why bump my rating up to four stars? Primarily because they've done a really excellent job of continuing to improve this location. Everytime Target seems to come out with a redesign this spot gets it pretty fast, and not only do they implement it seamlessly but all redesigns seem to really work here. Now, this Target is no longer my primary Target, but I do still visit here from time to time and one other thing it has going for it is that I feel like I have fewer issues here in general. It could be the nature of me not coming here as frequently, but I can't think of a time that I've had a negative interaction with a staff member, them being out of stock with something, or waiting too long at checkout. Overall, once you get past the parking, I think this is a very solid Target, and it's super conveniently located once you pop off of the highway as well.
