Dr. Matt and his team are the BEST. You get what you pay for. From start the finish (well almost, I have a few weeks left), this office has been so easy to deal with and everyone has been so great to work with! They are easy to schedule and change appointments if needed and everyone is just so kind. I really wanted to fix my smile before my wedding and had a somewhat of a tight timeframe (in tooth years anyway) to get my teeth looking nice! Dr. Matt said - bet. We started Invisalign and I wore those things as much as possible and sure enough, my teeth looked great! Invisalign is a tedious process, but definitely worth it in the end. The office is clean, modern, and they always have a Disney classic on the TV to watch while you wait. The brush station is helpful to get rid of any potential coffee breath with options of mint toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes and mouthwash, so no stress as you finish your coffee on the way to your appointment. As an adult, making an orthodontic appointment can maybe feel weird, but trust me...just do it. They make it easy, comfortable and you deserve a great smile at any point in your life! read more

We got 4 quotes and this place was the MOST EXPENSIVE!!! For the most part, it was worth the money. The one factor for this place over our 2nd choice, Dr Gire was that they had a points redeeming program to win gift cards and whatever. My dork of a child of course wanted the prizes sooooo badly. They ended up switching the program and we never got to redeem any points or earn any points for anything. That was a bummer. This place is like $500 more the other place. The receptionists and finance people who work here were older so they were very kind and considerate. I loved the lady who discussed the payment plan with us. But some of the assistants really need better training though and the doctor should really do a double check on their work. There was a handful of times where we had to fix a bracket, adjust a wire, where my kid was being hurt while getting the adjustments etc. I don't have that kind of free time to make revisits. The bracket and wire thing is understandable but the gal who was hurting my kid to where she cried, that's what burned your last star. read more

Doctor MacGinnis is the best! After going back to back with consultations with different orthodontists, my mom & I finally found Doctor MacGinnis. I had a massive underbite, and my teeth suffered a great detriment because of my underbite. But Doctor MacGinnis took such great care of me. Under his care, I got my braces done and underwent a jaw surgery per his recommendation. I can now boast that I have perfect teeth, no underbite, and a great smile all thanks to Doctor MacGinnis! I'm very disappointed bc I felt that they did not take responsibility for their miscommunication. During a consultation, I had initially expressed discomfort doing an x-ray because this was only a consultation (not an exam) and I did not want to do multiple x-rays during the year due to radiation exposure. Understandably small amounts, I still would not want repeated exposures. After expressing this, the intern continued to ask a higher up then came back and expressed the importance for a comprehensive consultation (I just wanted a regular consultation, not an in depth exam). Again I said no, I was walked back to the front office where another lady again asked to do the xray. As I said no again and now am waiting in the front office, the two front staff ladies again asked to do the xray. There seemed to be a lack of patient comprehension. When I finally asked if they were willing to send the xray to me free of cost, they agreed. I explicitly asked this to be sent free of cost. Now calling the office, the lady kept apologizing and said there was no note of this free of cost. They also said they wouldn't have pushed for an xray and it wasn't required for the consultation, which is ironic how understanding they seem now. Despite the apologizing, they still would not take responsibility for their explicit miscommunication and they lost my entire trust. They did not try to listen to their patient's need and brushed our opinions aside to suit their typical protocol. read more
