Flossophie stuck out to me when doing my research and I'm beyond grateful for picking them to go to for dental work. I've always been cavity prone & my dentists in the past use very negative, off-putting language when speaking to me. I can assure you I've never felt judged once at Flossophie and the entire staff from front desk to hygienist to dentist are all amazing. I love how women driven this establishment is as you can see the quality of care they provide comes natural to them and they genuinely care about the experience of their patients. I've been coming to Flossophie for over 5 years and to be honest, I take very good care of my teeth. I water floss, real floss, brush with a soft brush, use a tongue scraper and Listerine twice a day and brush after lunch. So, I don't have cavities. However, I do grind my teeth due to stress at night when I sleep. So, lately, I've been coming in because of a chipped tooth I have file down etc. Dr. Hsu is who has seen me lately and she has the best bed side manner. They have RayBan Netflix and a hot towel after all my cleanings. The bathrooms and facility is bright, clear, and if you come early they let you work in their billing room. There is no free wifi though. The office experience has always been nice and billing up front. Insurance with Delta Dental has always been clear. read more

Am just like any other person who really hates going to the dentist but I finally found a dentist that I feel excited every time I come back for my appointment and am not exaggerating! Am working on my Invisalign with Flossophie and although am not local and there are many good dentist in my area but I fly to Flossophie for their excellent work, costumer service, cleanliness and the feeling of comfort just being there. I have went to several dentists to get plans and rates. I finally chose Flossophie because their plan was more reasonable and accommodates my conditions. Their prices were not the cheapest of the ones I found but still fair and also with quality of work it pays off! I have been going there now for more than a year and every time I visit, I feel like welcomed and at home. Even the longest sessions that I stayed for almost two hours They went by really fast and I was happy doing it as they let give u head phones where you can watch a movie or a TV show comfortably while they work on your teeth! Hello, I was here getting work done for myself with a particular Doctor which was Dr. Bennet. My experience with him was very unprofessional due to the fact that he was going back & forth with me over my ortho treatment & what I needed to pay and as far as my teeth alignment which was done horrible. In all honesty Dr. Bennet is very unprofessional and Toxic and maybe he should work on his low self esteem and learn how to speak to woman. I feel bad for the young lady that did help him assist that day due to the fact that she was outstanding, polite, and professional unlike Dr. Bennet, we need more workers like joy. read more

It pains me to write this review, but it needs to be written. I went here with my mom and loved the place and dentists. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning since I did my first one 5 years ago. I was told by the receptionist that it was going to cost me $375.00 out of pocket after my insurance. I told her that I couldn't afford that at the moment and if I could just get a normal cleaning? She told me that she would have to speak to the dentists about that. I then asked, "What happens if he says no to the normal cleaning." She then said, "You'll have to find another dentist." Seriously? I'm being forced out because I can't afford it at that time. I never said I wasn't going to do it. I then told her, "Well, you guys lost 2 customers!" and I hung up. They have wonderful care here. The front desk gets you checked in right away. The X-rays are less difficult than other places, the tech is very thoughtful to us who gag. So I must disclose that I personally know the dentist and orthodontist, but I know they are excellent at what they do. I wouldn't trust my teeth or my family's to any dentist. We were with another dental office before but switched. Dr Lee was really great at explaining things to my daughter and understood how nervous my daughter was. She went over all the options with me, to ensure the best experience for her. My daughter has this crazy phobia of pulling out her teeth, and it always results in me having to go to the dentist to pull it out. So after convincing my daughter to open her mouth so we could extract the tooth, which literally took a second, the battle was over. Victory for Dr. Lee and me! Since there were no tears this time, I think Dr. Lee gets 5 stars. This office is so beautiful and put together so well. This is the dental office of the Future. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a warm relaxing vibe, one similar to a resort. There's a drink book in the waiting area with coffee or drinks while you wait. There's also a charging station which is a savior to have. I received a routine check up and teeth cleaning. The whole process was easy and pleasant. I typically dread going to the dentist (as most people are). However Dr Lee was very knowledgeable and the environment she's created put me at ease. Screens. They have screens mounted on the ceilings so you can have a welcome distraction (which ironically was needed for my visit). They also have a huge one in each station which was great during our check up, to see exactly what was going on it mouth. Will definitely be back with my wife and son. I highly recommend this place if you're tired of all the cookie cutter dentistry's, and looking for something different, modern, friendly, and make your whole experience an excellent one. read more

I went here today for a dental cleaning and had an amazing experience. Right when you walk in you're completely blown away by how nice the decor and ambience of the place is. It's gorgeous! Nothing like a dental office I've ever seen. They try very hard to make you comfortable and it's obvious they just want you to have a good time there. Dr. Lee was AMAZING and she was very informative. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them thoroughly and enthusiastically. I can tell they want to make this an anxiety-free office and honestly, when I left I felt like I had just gone and done something fun because it was such a nice experience. Everything about it was great and the dental cleaning was the most gentle I've ever experienced. If you have kids I would bet they would have a great experience here, unlike the negative experiences many of us have as kids that scar us for life, lol. I am guilty of previously avoiding the dentist because it feels like such a chore but I am actually looking forward to coming back here. Wished I found them sooner, but hey, better late than never! There are plenty of dentists out there, but not all are trustworthy providers unfortunately. I have been practicing in the medical field for over 10 years now, so I know exactly what good care is. I saw Dr Hsu today and was extremely happy with her. She may be young, but she's knowledgeable and skilled. She was so kind, detailed oriented, trustworthy, and conservative. She did not upsell and only recommended what's truly necessary. It was such a relief knowing that the journey of searching for a new dentist for my family and myself has finally came to an end. Due to other dental procedures, I have unfortunately exhausted my dental coverage for the year, so I'm seeing them as a cash patient ( at least for this year). This place is the future. The Future of not just dentistry but healthcare. The staff members extremely polite, friendly, relationship-focused - It's like they were trained by Chick-fil-a or like Disney school. This place looks amazing...like I wish I lived here or my house looked this good. I dont know if there are Dentistry Magazines specifically for design awards, but there should be one and these guys need to be submitted and win. As for dental care. Dr. Esther Lee, omg. she is so gentle with my cleaning. Unbelievably gentle. Not to knock on my old Chinese doctor, that closed cause of covid, but when I leave this place, my gums aren't bleeding and it doesn't feel like I've been in the boxing ring with Logan Paul and Connor McGregor. But for reals, I had no idea dentist visits were this painless... BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY. My kids love this place, there are TVs, screens and plenty of distractions while they're working on their teeth. Parents, I even brought both of kids under 5...AT THE SAME TIME. I KNOW. WHAT WAS I THINKING? it could have been a disastrous meltdown. But I did it anyway.
