Dr. Moleski did not follow through with the referral she stated she would provide, my mother continue to contact the office several times for over three weeks before they would follow through with the referral.

I am 100% understanding about lack of staff issue but it's not just that. it's the policies. I had my cavity drilled and repaired and have had pain ever since so even after the repair I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. it's been many months now. I scheduled an appointment and I got super, super sick and I called to say I couldn't make it but they never answer the phones so I have to leave messages. they still charged me that fee because you are supposed to call 3 days prior or whatever which is the policy. like seriously? you want me to show up HACKING my lungs out everywhere unable to breath covered in mucus so I don't get charged a fee? I didn't know I was going to get super sick and stay very sick for WEEKS by the way. I didn't want to miss that appointment. I miss chewing without pain. but this is not the first time. I paid the fee the first time but I refused to pay this time and they said they would remove this fee only this once. made me feel like I really should not go back. like I said, I understand the lack of staff issue. i am ok with calling a million times until I finally get somebody. but this made me feel like I don't want to go back. get charged fees for getting sick. I was extremely sick at least I remembered to call! My jaw still really hurts by the way.
