I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. After my overwhelmingly negative experience with the the owner today for a follow up interior detail I had scheduled for a week, I withdraw that review. I am trading my car in today, so of course trying to put my best foot forward to get the best price. Had the exterior done by Motorcity, and while not perfect, it was good enough for this trade appraisal. Made the appointment, paid the deposit, got the receipt, got the job number. Today, 20 minutes after Motorcity was supposed to show up and failed to do so, I call. The "guy" on the phone today starts giving me some excuses about not confirmed, etc - so I gave him the receipt/job number, the day I made the appointment, the day they sent the receipt, etc. They took my money, I expected the service and was counting on it, since my appraisal is today - the last time they serviced my cars they were over an hour late, but I let it go because the young man kept me informed. When that excuse did not work, the "guy" today then says it is raining (it is not) so they are not coming out - I said that they had never let me know that, not contacted me, and left me hanging - I said it was also just an interior detailing (the car is in the garage) so I did not understand the weather issue. He said it did not matter and he could not control the weather - never apologized for failing to extend the courtesy of a call. By the way, rain was forecast all week, so they could have called or texted at any time. Additionally, today, there was no rain from 1030 - 1230 (appointment was at 1030) and only 0.4" in the last 24 hours! Not sure how that prohibits an interior detailing, but I am confident it did not affect the phone services that would have allowed the simple courtesy of a text!! I was stunned that they took my money, but never let me know they were not coming - took off work to be there. He then said he would refund my money, but not even a simple apology or offer to reschedule - unreal. So I asked to speak to his manager and he tells me he is the owner! That lost my business right there. The last man that helped me was courteous, understanding, detail oriented and kept me informed via text and phone (so at least he knows how that device works). Unfortunately, this is a case where the employee does not reflect his poor leadership/ownership - totally left me hanging with no recourse. i was counting on them, and they let me down with no communication. If I had not called, I would have waited around all day on them. Simply disgraceful customer service. Grade: F

My review is mixed as the work was done very well. The 2 was given because the person at the desk…read more- Destiny - was extremely rude and unpleasant with myself and other customers waiting with me. Destiny made comments such as, "I'm just done with all these people" and "I'm over all these people" when we asked when our vehicles would be completed. My understanding is the the one gentleman had been waiting over an hour and a half - two hours past the time he expected and she was mad he asked for an update? When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, she made an error in checking me out, so she told me I would not be charged for the addition. After I left - without notifying me - she charged my debit card the addiontional charges. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done. After her rude and unacceptable behavior and the way she talked about me, I will find another business establishment. I hate it for the employees that do the work. She ruined it for the us all.

Likely due to the drought we are in and the amount of crazy dust all over the place. There's no attendant at the payment kiosk which suits me fine. The payment options were numerous and for some reason it takes 3-4 taps to get your selection to "take" on the touch screen. Grrrrr! I was happy the carwash cost $10 and included ArmorAll tire treatment, because usually adding the tire treatment tacks on several dollars and here it was included in the $10 price. There was one young man working the pre-wash section before you pull into the actual car wash. He did a good job, however, he didn't offer anything such as the car air fresheners you get at some carwashes or some lint free towels. The wash itself was great! It's fun to try a new car wash and cute rubber duckie on the ledge as you exit the wash was adorable. They had adequate vacuum bays and there were no patrons blaring music [thank the Lord!]. I didn't take the time to vacuum. I saved my receipt in case I can use the vacuums in the future on this day's payment. There were no signs indicating that, I'm just basing it on other carwashes in the area. Do try Super Duck! Unlike two other carwashes I did not experience any scratches in my car's paint. YAY! That's a win for sure!

I have a subscription to another car wash down the road. My mother is visiting for the holidays, and she had salt and dirt all over her car. I used that as an excuse to perhaps see what I was missing with this place. I'm not missing much. I didn't get a shot of their menu...but I selected the $25 "ceramic" wash, which is one under their best at $30 and about three better than basic service. I was happy rolling through. Their vacuum area was in good repair and stocked with some limited supplies. That was nice. I drove on home (4 miles away) and took a look. The tires were not shined uniformly. Also, there was water spots on the chrome areas. Not what I expected from a $25 Carwash. Minus one star for price...expensive. Minus one star for being a little difficult to get in from US72. I didn't know if I was headed into Valvoline for an oil change or Ducks to get a wash for a moment. Minus one for the half-way wash and finish. I would have gladly taken it down the road where I have my subscription and it would have been just as much...and look much better. I don't think I will be back here.

Not sure if the guy on the phone was busy doing something else or just had headphones in or what. Anyway, found another service locally that I was able to book with online within about 60 seconds of getting to their website.
