Ordering. Is usually on the kiosk to the right when you walk in, nobody is usually at the counter except to bring the drinks out front in the times we stopped by. We got the strawberry panna cotta and grapefruit mango cheese foam but they made the other version in the bottle which was the wrong drink and super sour sweet, but we were on a time crunch so a bit overpriced for what we got.

a great boba/tea spot to check out, if you're looking for an alternative to your typical post-meal boba! cute and minimal aesthetic with a few seats (less than 5). service/the wait can take some time depending on the time you go, so be prepared to wait (off peak ~15min). we really enjoyed the panna cotta drinks, which i think makes machi machi unique! our favorite definitely was the strawberry milk with panna cotta. so fresh and creamy! tip: don't mix and use a straw to "poke" through the panna cotta! although it's a bit pricey (~$9 each), it comes with a cute bottle and is nice to check out if you're in the area.

The tea taste was amazing and strong, definitely one of the better tasting bbt places I've been. There is a tradeoff - Serving size for the bottled drinks are small and on the pricier side. I think it's still worth trying!

I went with a group of friends after eating mala restaurant nearby. Very good to cool you down after something spicy. Taste was 4.5/5 with a nice strong tea flavor in the jasmine green tea with plum jello drink. Cost was on the pricier side so 3/5. Overalll, worth a try once.

Ever since I saw other people walking down the street drinking from their cute, little bottles ... reminiscent of body lotion, I've been wanting to try this place. It's very small inside but very open and clean. There's not much of an area to sit and chill, so these drinks are best gotten to drink on the go. The menu is pretty extensive for their yummy drinks. I got the Matcha Latte with Panna Cotta and my BF got the Matcha Latte with Crème Brûlée & Adzuki Bean. Only some of the drinks come in the cute, little bottle, so I made sure to get one that did. Both drinks were so yummy!!! I love that they have directions on how to drink them. They're pricey but comparable to drinks like this. Regarding the service, it was friendly and helpful. There's also a kiosk you can order from too. There was a little wait from when we ordered to when we got our drinks, but it wasn't horrible ... probably like 5-10 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back here to try more drinks.

We always come here before they close. It's not too busy with people inside but looks like online ordering is pretty busy for them. I always try to order the mango pomelo but they don't have it. When I try to order the grapefruit mango at first they said they ran out of mango so they aren't making it anymore. So I just order the one they have for me and my son. I just hope this guy would have suggested something similar but he just straight up said no to me. Oh well! Anyway I got the brown sugar latte. It tasted good the only thing is that the sugar seems to be so stiff at the bottom that I barely mixes to the milk. The strawberry panna cotta I got for my son was pretty good.

I walked past this place and immediately wanted to try it because of the cute bottles, and I saw a few recommended drinks on Yelp so I ordered the strawberry panna cotta and also the matcha adzuki bean with creme brulee, and both were really good! The panna cotta was soft and mixed in with the strawberry, and the adzuki beans in the matcha weren't too hard and went really well with the matcha. I feel like the cream in the matcha drink was a little intense and overshadowed the matcha a little bit, but if you like your drink more sweet this is a good option. The drinks are also a bit more on the expensive side, so this would be more of a dessert/treat than something I would get consistently.

I always get the strawberry milk with panna cotta because it's like two desserts in one. They have an efficient bell system and drinks come out pretty fast. There's no seating inside but you can lean on the side counter.

I order within 5mins of arriving but it took 40 minutes to get the drink. There's no seating, you can order at the kiosk or in person. I got the oolong with crema. I liked that the drink had a good tea flavor, but I don't think it's worth the wait or price.

Long line always. Must be either good or the hype. Not sure where the hype came from though. But anyways, I like their number one item, the Cream Brûlée. There's usually a long wait after you order too. As the photos shown, I was a regular here, then the first to tip, and now the duke. Yay. The place is good. Hope there were spots to sit down and enjoy the drinks.

Been here several times and the wait is still very long to get their drinks although it's been open for quite a few months for now. I've waited for around 45 minutes before but their black milk tea with creme brulee and matcha latte with creme brulee and adzuki bean is worth waiting! Their matcha drinks have a good matcha flavor and not too sweet. However, their panna cotta drinks are not that worth in my opinion. Should go there on weekdays and off-hours to avoid the wait.

Aesthetic drinks and environment! The tea really shines through in the tea-based drinks. Standing room only. Easy kiosk ordering and quick service. $9 for a drink on average-ish :(

If there's a line to get into a store, you know it's gotta be good. Even a few weeks after its opening, people are still lining up to come here. We waited maybe 20 minutes in line just to place our order. Once we did place our order, it was pretty fast though. The inside is pretty sparsely furnished, so it's more geared to be a takeout place. We got a warm creme brulee tea with taro balls. It really hit the spot. The sweetness was perfect (they didn't let us adjust it). The taro balls were really unique and I loved them. They were nice and soft. Incredibly expensive compared to the competition in the area, but it definitely does stand out.

PLUS, they close later than both. I have this bad habit of going here almost every time I have a meal in the area LOL. The addiction is real! I love that they keep adding new drinks to their menu... keeps it interesting. My favorite is still the Mango Coconut Boom but I'm a fan of most of their new drinks, like the Golden Oolong Yuzu & their King Jasmine Guava! I tried the Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut, as well, and it's super similar to one of my favorites from MollyTea. I prefer the one from MollyTea more w/ champaca tea. Since their opening here, I have tried almost all of the drinks & their mango coconut boom is STILL superior! Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys mango. It is pretty much their version of mango pomelo sago (they have a version with pomelo but I like it without). SO GOOD! ***Pro tip: order ahead of time via HeyTea app. This is a lifesaver, since the wait time is pretty atrocious most days still. Usually takes ~20 min to be ready.

Unfortunate, but understandable due to inflation. Both come out very crispy, properly seasoned, and well breaded. Pistol legs are a hilarious name, but also very good. BBQ chicken wings are not fried but have a delicious saucy glaze on the outside. Service is friendly, but to be fair, I only ever order online so interactions are short and quick. The space inside seems nice enough and there's always people there, but I've always gotten takeout. Looks like a nice spot to sit, eat, and possibly even do some work with ample space.

The chicken itself was pretty juicy and crispy, but it tended to be more on the drier side for my personal taste. As for other options, like the fish sandwich and the sausage, they were pretty ordinary to me - and a smidgen overpriced for what they were. Anyway, though the chicken was good, me and the wife experienced a moderate amount of stomach discomfort that we'd like to attribute to this visit - given how this was the only spot we went to for food (and how it was more or less the only meal we had that day). So... hesitant to go back, but might give this joint another chance... just not in the near future.
