I've visited this cafe a few times and everything I've ordered was delicious and refreshing! I've tried the matcha latte (very rich and flavorful), the Vietnamese coffee (both iced and hot, and they come with a little Biscoff cookie!), and the coppa pistachio (smooth and creamy, and you get to keep the little glass of your like!). Everything has been a big hit, not a single miss in sight! Service is always friendly and accommodating. The offered seating is nice and offers a little break from walking around. It's hot out, and my friend and I needed a place to chill indoors. This was the closest with pretty good reviews, so we stopped by. While my friend liked her drink, I thought mine was alright. It was powdery, so something went wrong with preparing it somewhere, but at least the boba was soft and chewy. The Vietnamese coffee is probably the star here. Strong, somewhat sweet, but with a good hit of bitter coffee afterwards. We really needed to get out of the heat, so I'm glad for having been able to try this place, but I don't think I'll be back. read more

Pretty cafe. Good amount of seating for a bubble tea place. You can get your drink and grab a seat at a table or the high top seating at the window. I got a Thai iced tea with light ice. They mention sugar levels on their menu so I asked for 75% but they only add condensed milk to the Thai tea, no sugar. So the only way to reduce it would be with less condensed milk. It still was quite sweet, and in fact had an artificial taste? I can't pinpoint why but it wouldn't rank in my top favorites. Disappointing. I'd be open to trying another tea next time if I'm in the area but given that there are SO many bubble tea shops here that it's unlikely I'll be back. read more

We had just finished eating a light dinner and wanted something sweet to follow. We stopped at this boba shop. The board they had outside gave us a good glimpse of all the unique flavors they have to offer, but when you walk in, you realize they have far more. While my friend ordered her passion fruit yakult with lychee jelly, I chuckled at the pun on the ad they had posted for their open positions, "Come join the Darg side." I appreciated their humor and half considered applying. After a couple minutes, the drink was in her hand and we were out the door. The drink was a bit sweet, but it was tropical and tasty. Although I appreciated that they had smaller sizes, I think the prices should be a little lower to align. The staff was kind, and able to guide us in the right direction when deciding on the drink. I tried to get it with less sugar, but they told me they don't add any sugar - just the strawberry jam. It was still way too sweet for my taste. The only size option available for a smoothie was a large, which made it tough to finish. The milk tea had just right amount of sweetness, but I was a bit disappointed by the boba. There wasn't much of it, and they were tricky to get up through the straw. There is some outdoor seating as well as indoor and the decor was colorful and fun. Went here (at Chinatown in Boston, MA) because it had 4.6 stars on Google and 4.2 on Yelp. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba (tapioca pearls). I am a bubble tea lover who drinks one almost every day! I honestly have to say this drink was just ok. The quantity of pearls is almost half from the many places I go to and I did not taste much of the brown sugar. It tasted more like a regular milk tea so I could have ordered a milk tea if I wanted that. Drink didn't have enough ice so it was a bit warm. And for $8.85 US, it's not considered cheap. The high ratings must be for other items there like Vietnamese coffee or gelato? I'll stick to a place that specializes in more authentic bbtea next time. read more

The taro milk tea was not dilute like other chain boba shops, but also not too thick / chunky. All drinks came with a small Biscoff cookie, which I thought was cute. Service for a boba shop was top notch - since when do employees bring out the drinks to sitting customers? I'm so used to being called out by name or number to pick up my drink elsewhere. Like every where in Chinatown it's fairly small inside,but Don't let that deter you from how good their menu is. We've been here a few times and I always get the strawberry lime green tea, cuz it's amazing.... Tiramisu was really good last time as well. Super friendly staff very clean on the inside. My husband's lychee green tea was super duper sweet, I don't think he adjusted the sweetness. I LOVED the jasmine green milk tea, I swapped out for oat milk, boba was perfect. You can skip the dragonfruit smoothie, my sister said it was way too sweet, too much condensed milk and coconut. Also very expensive boba drinks IMO, like $7-8 before tax and tip... wow! Great spot if you're looking for a chill place to hang out in Chinatown. The interior is really cute, with nice lighting, and there's a decent amount of seating. The staff here was really nice and didn't even ask us to leave until they were closing down. I only tried the bubble tea, but it looked like they had some good dessert options as well. I was happy to see that you could choose your sugar level, so the tea wasn't too sweet. Be careful about drinking the boba at night, because I definitely got a caffeine rush! I was craving something refreshing after a show at Emerson Colonial Theatre and this place was close by and looked appealing. I asked the worker at the counter what he recommended between the Brown Sugar boba and Mango Yakult drink, having picked the latter because I am currently obsessed with the mango drinks at HeyTea. He recommended the Mango Yakult as being less sweet, and as I didn't seem to get an option to reduce sweetness (which I appreciate and use at GongCha, HeyTea, etc) I opted for his suggestion. When I got it, it was sickeningly sweet. While there were pieces of mango inside the drink, I feel like the Yakult taste barely came through and I found the drink more watery than I expected. It was disappointing enough that I had to take it home and doctor it by adding more milk and Yakult. I think I've been spoilt by the places that let you modify sugar so I'll stick to those places and probably not be back. read more

I got the Pandan coconut drink with boba with medium sweetness. It was a little too sweet for me, but the flavor was a nutty and delicious. My sister got the matcha latte with coconut gelato -- the matcha was strong and fresh and the coconut gelato was creamy and had flakes of coconut. Both drinks were made very quickly and had strong flavors. I would definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone who wants to try creative East Asian flavors inspired drinks. I will say, the seating here is limited and the interior could be a little more brightly decorated. I came in just 5 minutes after opening, and was greeted warmly! The barista was very sweet and helpful. The matcha latte was delicious, made with high quality matcha. You have the option to sweeten it, and the sweetness is very balanced. The atmosphere inside is amazing with cozy music, as well as ambient lighting and decor.
