Our experience with Joe at Machkovich Roofing was top notch from the time we first requested an estimate for a total roof replacement to the installation day. Joe was prompt to respond with a competitive quote, explained roofing options and provided accurate pricing. His crew was efficient and courteous. Throughout the process Joe wanted to make sure that we are happy with the experience and with the roof. In fact he provided us with several options for colors of the shingles, gave addresses of houses who had those colors installed recently so we could go and see them. Considering the investment a new roof is, I loved having that option. The website of the shingle manufacturer Joe uses is also very helpful: you can take a photo of your house and "try" different shingle colors by downloading the picture on that website. Ultimately, it came to Joe's experience and his recommendation with colors. Even though we were thinking about another option, we went with Joe's suggestion and couldn't be happier! We love the way our roof looks with the color of the house, the trim and brick. Like I already mentioned, Joe's crew was efficient and courteous, moreover they were neat and tidy. I heard many horror stories from other people about the roof replacement projects that left the homeowners with a major mess, debris and sharp nails all over the property. Machkovich Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. We had a leak and he came out the same day. He was recommended by a friend which means more to me than any ad I see on TV. Even with the recommendation, I will always get more estimates. Joe had an awesome price compared to the other three quotes we received. I always try to compare apples to apples and three of the quotes used the same shingle company and underlayment. Joe had the lowest price of these three, but I really appreciated that he took the time to meet with me and go over everything. The other two companies came over while I was working and emailed me the quotes without leaving any literature on the product they would be using, this was very impersonal to me. After deciding to go with Machkovich Joe moved up the project, because of the leak, and got it done in a short amount of time. I would have no problem recommending Joe to friends and family. I had several estimates for a roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts and gutter guard I needed. I went with Machkovich Roofing LLC for several reasons.. The main one is the fact that they said they could get it done in two weeks from my estimate date.. For the total amount of work I had done the other contractors would have had me wait almost two months for material, and they wanted a signed contract immediatly. In talking with Joe, I never felt pressured or like I needed to sign a contract now. He let me decide the roof that I wanted. Not pushing the cheapest and charging a fortune like the rest..
