To start the issues I find with private practice is they have no one to advocate for the patients. The provider can do what they want based off biases. No one questions reason not even partners of the practice or a committee. Which is why I have decided to take further action and post a detailed review. For other patients to be informed and know the truth and their rights. When patients walk away with out voicing their concern or expressing their experiences nothing changes for the better. All professionals should be able to recieve and hear the concerns of a patient about bedside manner and professional expectations of patients in the medical industry and if you are not open to it then you as a provider you are not ready to provide treatment for patients. Patient/provider interaction should be a smooth & humane. I experienced quite the opposite at the Mont Dora location with provider HANA N AHMED. Update: I received a phone call by the Care Dermatology staff regarding this google review. Based on this information, they informed me that my mom is not welcomed in their practice and that she is being discharged. As a healthcare professional, I have never encountered a situation in which a patient was discharged from a practice solely based on a Google review. Rather than attempting service recovery, the office contacted us with a threatening tone, which is entirely unprofessional. Knowing that this is how their customers are treated, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
