They let you know what they are going to do for you before they begin the first adjustments, and they teach you a little bit about the spine and the ligaments that run along it (it's very educational). I am so glad I did! After only one adjustment, I already felt relief. After two, more relief. After four or five, I am almost entirely pain-free. Dr. Chris is very thorough. He starts with an in-depth exam and multiple X-rays. Then, a consultation is needed to discuss the proposed treatment plan. And then, with your approval, the adjustments start. It's funny, really, that these adjustments only take five minutes or less, yet they can bring so much relief.
