We had contracted with Wade in the past to handle prior projects at the end of last year, painting and finishing a total of 18 interior doors and casings. He had corrected a shoddy install job by the original door installer and made the doors and casings look professional. With that we asked Wade for his team to address a couple other issues we wanted to have done to our house. First was popcorn ceiling removal and replace it with a smooth finish and paint. We have a total of 2500 sq ft including our garage which we wanted to have done. Wade estimated approximately 4 to 5 days and recommended we do not live in the house during that time to meet the working time frame. He also offered, for a but extra, the services of a cleaning lady to address the mess that this type of project could leave. We followed the move out recommendation, and were very glad we did. This allowed the workers to completely plastic off all the items, furniture and walls that we had left in the house. We did have to move some items into a POD that Wade also assisted us in procuring. Most of our large and heavy furniture we were able to leave behind, only storage boxes we needed to put in a POD. The workers worked quickly to remove, smooth, finish and paint the ceiling. They were done in a little over the 4 days to work. We moved back in on day 5. We found that the workers did a very good job in cleaning up after themselves. But my wife still wanted to have the lady Wade offered to come by and just touch up the cleanliness. She also did a very good job. With that said, we were notified ahead of time that there could be some scuffs on walls where the plastic was on for the mess control. And there was. We have chosen to fix those repaint issues ourselves, but Wade would be able to do that if someone was not inclined to do that themselves. But this was very minor to the beauty of the ceilings now. In inspecting the workmanship after the project, we did notice some areas we felt needed a bit of correction. Wade came out and agreed and promptly had his people come out and correct the issues to our satisfaction. Overall we enjoyed using Wade and his group to perform this task and the beauty of no more popcorn. We also had Wade, after the completion of the ceiling remodel, take care of the installation and finishing of 5 exterior doors and 2 external French patio doors. This task was handled by a different set of workers and they helped us not only with the installation but the acquisition of the doors and verifying the delivery of the doors to the house to make sure that parts/pieces were all there. They installed the doors in the time quoted and then Wade had his painter come out and paint the doors and casings. Once again we were very pleased with the quality of the finished product. We look forward to working again with Wade on the future projects we have on our list. read more

My husband and I called Sherwin Williams for some advice about painters and different paints. The guy at Sherwin(San Jose and Sunbeam) gave me Wade's number(owner of AAA), and one other guy's number for some interior work and some travertine tiles in our kitchen. We were having popcorn texture removed from the ceilings and the walls repaired and painted. They guys showed up early, all well uniformed and clean cut by the way, and they plastic-ed and taped for three hours. They were super careful and meticulous with our stuff. They sanded everything over and over. Then they cleaned and vacuumed before finally putting on the primer. Then they went back again and remudded and reskimmed again. Then they repaired 10-15 more spots, that we previously didn't see. They then spot primed everything before leaving for the night. 9am came, and they dusted before putting on the first, of two coats. They sanded and repaired all the trim and doors as well. The ceilings came out amazing. The walls are very clean and sharp. The trim looks very solid. The job was kept clean and they used runners and brown paper on the floors. Triple A was not the cheapest bid, but we feel like there was no way the other guy was going to put that kind of attention and detail into their work. The travertine looks great. They sealed all the floors and grout joints. Our doors look like they were replaced they look so good. We see why the guys at Sherwin refer Wade and the staff at AAA Advanced Residential Rehab. They have a really good reputation on-line and are well known at the paint stores. We are Angie's List members, so he gave us 10% off!!(450$). He has two women that work for him too. They are very neat and efficient. Wade sent the two girls by the next day to deep clean the entire place. They went way above and beyond and were a pleasure to be around. Wade and his company did an EXCELLENT job on pressure washing, caulking, priming and painting the exterior of my house. He follows the specifications for the materials he works with to ensure that the job is not just done correctly, but perfectly. Wade helped me with many aspects of my project and is highly knowledgeable in his craft and knows his trade inside out. He is trustworthy, easy to reach and always there when needed to help. For my project he allowed me to purchase the materials and I got a significant discount from the paint store as he does so much business there. In addition to that, he referred me to a reliable stucco contractor that gave me an excellent price. He referred me to people that could do very accurate paint matching and who gave me very detailed insight as to the right paint product for my needs. His employees are of a very high caliber and have passion about doing things right. Our deal was for a one coat application of paint, but they decided they wanted to put two coats at no extra charge because they want it to look no less than perfect. They were on time and worked to get the job done without the need for supervision. They also kept all my shrubs and sidewalks clean of paint drippings by covering them up with dust cloths. He is a perfectionist at his craft and ONLY knows how to do a good job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for someone good, consider Wade. read more

The day after the estimate the work began. We had attic stairs installed in the garage. The attic opening was 18 " to short for the ladder. The workers had to cut and reframe and this was done at no extra cost to us as we were members of Angie's list. Inside, the painters sanded, dusted and painted the floor moldings in 5 rooms and two mini halls. They moved all furniture and put it back when they were done. All workers were courteous and did an excellent job. Wade encouraged us to use quality materials and when the work was done, we were glad that he had made this recommendation. We will be using Wade's company again for further projects. Work that he cannot do, he has given us the names of people that he trusts to help us out. We found AAA Advanced Residential Rehab on Angie's list and chose them because of their A rating and great reviews. The builder wallpapered our house without priming it first. Wade gave us an estimate to remove the two layers of paper, repair and prime the walls prior to painting the walls. Excellent job and it was completed in a day. We are so pleased, we asked them to do more work for us. They did the same work in our 3rd bathroom today. We will use them for many more projects that we plan to complete in the future. Was given Wade's number. I was under the gun to get about about 1000 sq feet of ceiling repaired. Wade was able to walk the site same day and start the work within a day. His worker, Oscar, was great! It was pretty obvious that he had the skills. I ended up with FLAT ceilings which is what I wanted, and by the same token, have to be done correctly.
