I read that he couldn't come later since he wasn't at home, he got upset, he started yelling at me on the phone and told me that she was going to come and leave the door outside my house. I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Now I have to buy my garage door myself and try to get my money back.

He doesn't have a cell phone, but someone stopped so he could call me, and then I called City Wide to get him- EXCEPT, poor Dad was confused about his location. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. It didn't even take much longer than the quoted time, and even with all the extra driving, they didn't upcharge him. The staff did absolutely everything possible to help find my Dad, and put his car carefully on a nice flatbed. I can't recommend these folks enough, especially if you're in a bind!

After hearing from my insurance company, he called me personally and asked about my safety, and arrived to help me as quickly as he could. It was freezing out, so he asked me if I would like to wait in his truck. After getting my car all hooked up, he took me to a repair shop. In the meantime, there was a change of where I was supposed to get towed to, and Tim had called my insurance company in an attempt to resolve it for me, so that I would not have to deal with them. He was so friendly, so kind to be worried about me being worried, and he really did everything in his power to help me.
