I worked with her to create a 3 course menu with various main entree and dessert options. We had our guests make their selection of either lamb, scallops or vegan dish and chef Kenyada took it from there. She came to our home a few hours before our guests and prepared the appetizers and primary meals. She also had paired dinner with a wonderfully refreshing cucumber-based cocktail.
