Ackee spring rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce
    Monique' M.

No real complaints and that says a lot coming from me. The prices are on par (nothing is cheap nowadays) servings are huge and flavor is on point. Appetizers: Spinach patty - least tasty item I ordered. But 1 out 8 ain't bad at all. Dense, dry and not flaky like a patty should be. (C) Ackee spring rolls - not what I expected but very good. I didn't even need the sweet Thai chili sauce. (A) Entree: The Baddest Platter - with Voxtails, Wett wings with hot honey on the side (they were out of lemon pepper), Collard greens (they were out of kale) and Mac & Jeez. This came with an overload of rice and peas & beans. The Voxtails were good but I had more realistic looking ones from another vegan restaurant in GA. However I don't remember the other tasting as good. The Mac & jeez wasn't string cheesy like the pic but still tasted fine. The rice & beans and jerk sauce were good and I'm not even a rice eater. The Wett wings were also crispy and delicious. It's been a while since I've seen the vings with sugar cane vs wooden stick. Happy to see them again. (A+) Dessert: Peach cobbler - I didn't notice the desserts until I came back to pick up my order. So glad I did, this was an amazing cobbler. Definitely in the top two list for me. And at $5 you can't beat it. (A+)

I've been following B.A.D Gal Vegan for a while and since I was in the area I decided to give them a try. Located right off of the West End Beltline on White St. Wet wings with honey hot & honey garlic sauce. The wings definitely weren't wet as I would have liked. Next time I will ask for extra sauce. While it tasted good 4 wings for $13 is a bit much. Can't a girl get 5 or 6? Voxtail dinner vegan oxtail with rice & peas, Mac Jeezy & cabbage while it was delicious I would have liked some gravy. I will be back to try other things.

    Jerk Beef empanadas

Fries would taste better seasoned if you like them that way but otherwise everything 10/10

This was my second time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed both times. Here are the deets. Logistics: This is a pretty new location in the Marietta Square Market. There's free parking directly in front of the building low priced parking right next the the free parking. There's tons of restaurants inside. So everyone can get something they like/crave. The restaurant is in the back corner near the restrooms. Food: They have a diverse menu. Pasta, seafood, burgers, and more. I have never eaten from a vegan restaurant and am extremely picky, so I was pretty nervous. I tried the ziti first. It was really good. A little spicy for my taste (even the slightest hint of spice is spicy to me), but I could eat it all. It was very well seasoned and holds up well in the fridge. Delicious. Second time I went, I got the vegan burger with lettuce and vegan cheese. It was good and filling. So much better than I expected for a vegan burger. I also picked up their fruit punch/juice (mixture of pineapple, mango, strawberry?, etc) and that was great as well. The service: The staff is super helpful and friendly. The cook the food fresh. So be prepared to wait but your food will be hot when you get it. I can't wait to go back.

Voxtails + Crispy Skrimp + Mac & Jeeze + Cabbage + Rice and Peas
    Stephanie M.

I have been wanting to try B.A.D Gyal Vegan since I moved to ATL last year and the food did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection! I had The Baddest Platter with Voxtails & Crispy Skrimp, Trophy Cabbage & Mac and Jeeze, and Rice & Peas. I also had Wett Wings w/ Yankee Jerk sauce and an Empanada. Everything was *chef's kiss* sooooo good! And the portion sizes were large enough for me to split between 2-3 meals! The skrimp came with sauce but didn't even need it as the crispy breading was seasoned just right in addition to it having the perfect crunch! The Mac and Jeeze was thee best vegan mac and cheeze I have had! The cabbage was so well seasoned and cooked just right! I can't wait to go back again!

Patronized the Marietta location. Customer Service was great but the food was extremely, extremely salty. Got a minor headache and sleepy. If you're not sensitive to sodium, definitely eat here.

Food was way too salty, couldn't finish it. I will give it another try but I'll order something different. The plantains were good.

It creates an interactive atmosphere that feels personal and makes you appreciate the craftsmanship behind every dish. Before the tasting menu began, I ordered both the baked oysters and raw oysters. Both were incredibly fresh and a great way to start the evening. Throughout dinner, I enjoyed the Conde Valdemar Rioja Blanco from Spain, which paired beautifully with the meal. The tasting menu featured four thoughtful courses, each with its own personality. The Szechuan pork with green beans and Sungold tomatoes was a flavorful start with a nice balance of richness and freshness. The Alabama crab with yellow corn tamale and tomatillo was one of my favorite courses of the night. It was light, sweet, and beautifully balanced. The duck with kimchi bao, chanterelle gumbo, and okra brought deeper, more comforting flavors and was easily the boldest course on the menu. The hanger steak with red habanada peppers, chermoula, and potatoes was cooked beautifully and made for a satisfying finish before dessert. Dessert was a play on cereal and milk. Fruit Loops, mango, lime leaf, and fennel somehow came together into a dish that felt both nostalgic and refined. The entire evening was thoughtfully paced, the service was warm and welcoming, and watching the chefs work just a few feet away made the experience even more memorable. If you're looking for something beyond a traditional dinner reservation, Bovino After Dark is absolutely worth experiencing.

ALL FRUIT WAS GONE! The freshest fruit! The shrimp and grits were light but well seasoned! There was just enough shrimp in each bite and he wasn't stingy with the portion size. All of our guests constantly still talk about how good the food was at the shower Private dinner: Chef Jarvis served jalapeño wrapped in bacon, seafood macaroni and cheese, fingerling potatoes, asparagus and a Tomahawk steak. Avoid Mick's Catering at all costs…read more We hired Mick's Catering for our wedding reception, and it was a complete disaster. From the very beginning, the experience was unprofessional and stressful. Mick was late to set up, which caused everything to run behind schedule. He arrived unprepared and, as a result, ran out of forks, cups, and even food before the event was halfway through. Despite prior agreements and instructions, many of the details we had discussed were completely disregarded. To make matters worse, Mick was rude and dismissive to our guests, which added unnecessary tension to an already stressful day. When family and friends left honest reviews about the service, Mick responded with false claims. He attempted to shift the blame, stating that we had more guests than agreed upon (which was untrue) or that everything was fine and that the guests "loved him." He also took to berating the bride, creating further negative reviews from attendees who were shocked at his lack of professionalism. Instead of owning up to his mistakes or offering any form of apology, Mick doubled down on his lies, even calling guests and family members "liars." When public reviews started to show the truth, he removed his Google account entirely to hide the feedback, which speaks volumes about his refusal to take responsibility. This could have all been avoided with a simple apology or an attempt to make things right. Instead, Mick's Catering not only failed to deliver but turned an already challenging situation into a nightmare. We strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere for your event.

We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else. Having Richard to take care of so many items was such a huge blessing.
