What I got from this place is disrespectful service right of the bet. Didn't even get to do what I came there to do after unnecessary comments. Tired to change an oil on my car, but the ramp was too high and the service guy at the bay said "that's what you get for being too low" I don't need your commentary about the car build, what I need is an oil change, but if your lack of accommodations for different vehicles is missing, then say so, not give me smug comments about my build. Avoid this place!!! Honestly you're better off just taking your car to the dealership. After we specifically asked them to replace the oil drain bolt gasket on my Subaru they reused the old one. To make things worse they are not even owning up to their mistake! There was oil leaking all on my drive way. At least own up to your mistakes and make it right. This rating is based solely on getting a state inspection so I could get my car registration switched over to Texas. The mechanic was very friendly and was extremely nice and made sure I knew that I could not lose any of the paperwork or they would register my car at the tax collectors office without it. You couldn't ask for a better place to take your car or truck to. Way cheaper than the dealership, and they use great products, such as BG fuel injection treatment. Charles is an awful technician and very rude. he incorrectly assumed that my windshield what's tinted and failed my vehicle inspection. he performs no tests to see if this was correct, or even ask me. he just failed it and told me to call DPS. after talking to DPS and my tinting company, I called there to try to get Charles to understand that my windshield was completely legal.he responded by yelling and hanging up the phone and then refusing to pick up the phone again. read more

Quick service, informative counter staff(wonder if guy I talked to was the "Mac"). I think he may have saved me a major repair headache. $34 for a basic oil change and they're done in about 20 minutes. They also offer other services such as transmission work... but they're by no means a full service garage. read more

Took my mom here for an oil change for her car. It was running fine but after they were done my car wouldn't start. They said they had to keep it overnight and run diagnostics and if it was not the oil change(which the guy stated he was 99% sure it wasn't) we would have to pay $270 for the diagnostic and then whatever the repair costs. Had my insurance tow it to the dealer. Needles to say i am very unsatisfied. I would not take my car here if i were you read more

Came in for service for an oil change wanted to check for coolant leak, they were very busy but got me in and out with in 45 minutes. Found the leak and scheduled an appointment for repair the water pump... Came in for the water pump repair and car was ready by the time they had told me it would be ready..
