The huge cabinet over the driver's space had started to separate from the roof and threatened to collapse. Milton new exactly what needed to be done, and equally as important, found the culprit. The factory repair person has sheared a screw when re-installing the motor for the awning, allowing water to flow from the roof into the compartment area. He mitigated that leak, and reinforced the installation for the cabinet structure. He has also repaired a leak at the kitchen sink, and replaced my tired old TV antenna. All of this service was done in a timely fashion, and the quality of work was superb. I give him five stars.

Called Martin RV mobile repair and had them replace the front AC unit. It is a simple job, but I didn't have any electrical tools with me. So they came out and installed the unit for about 250 dollars (a bit of a difficult install due to how the prior person glued the unit down). I could have done it on my own and if I were at home I would have, but being away from my shop and tools and on vacation... I just paid them. The installer was helpful and gave me plenty of RVing tips and tricks.
