I do not recommend this place. The new owner Sabrina did a horrible job we have over 30 blemishes per window on a new car that are noticeable over 20 feet away. She is very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust her to touch any of our other cars. We have to find someone else to fix her mistakes and would like to get a refund. The tint was done under my husband's name Jesus Salas. And yes, we have reached out to you and you are very disrespectful. We have text messages to prove how disrespectful you are. This is is a REAL review. My family and friends have been coming here for over TEN years and Gunny Sergeant MAC (the owner) and the staff have been nothing short of AMAZING! We have had multiple cars and they always come out perfectly. Oh and if you're a U.S Military service member or a veteran, he gives you MASSIVE discounts. The back of our home faces southwest and the afternoon sun beats in through our windows. We also have two large sliding doors that face that direction because of the view. In order to block some of the sun to provide some relief and reduce the risk of sun-bleaching our interior, we researched many different options including solar shades, blinds and curtains. All of those would have blocked the sun, but also our view. We also were unable to choose something we thought would work well for us. I was close to getting some cheap curtain rods and hanging sheets over them until one day, my wife was thinking about her car windows that were tinted earlier this year and she said, "We could look into tinting the windows on the back of the house." Because we were very pleased with the tinting Mac's did on her car, we reached out to Mac's again. We were told that they also do residential and commercial window tinting. So, we planned to visit and have some conversation with Mac. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, Mac greeted us at the door and we described our dilemma. We discussed options and were told to take measurements of the glass to send to them via email. We did and they promptly got back to us with a quote. My wife and I both said, "Let's go for it." We paid the down payment and asked when we could have it done. The work was completed within two weeks of our first conversation with Mac and they were able to complete the work on a Saturday so we could be home without taking off work. We absolutely love the results of the window tinting that Mac's did on the back of our house. We can still see the view but the light and UV that is blocked is significant. In addition, the cost to have them tinted was less than the other options we were evaluating. Mac also gives a discount to veterans which we really appreciated. We would recommend Mac's for all your window tinting needs. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE Mac's has new owners as of July 2024. I didn't realize that sadly. From the moment I entered the front office things felt off but Mac's had such a good reputation, I let it go. When I picked my vehicle up at the end of the day I noticed a couple blemished but they indicated that was normal and to bring it back if I had issues. Well as soon as the weather got cold, the film apparently wasn't fully attached to the window and started peeling up everytime I opened my window (also makes a horrendous noise). I called Mac's and they were not helpful and indicated they could "look" at it but It wouldn't be under warranty since it's been a few months (contrary to what I was told when I was there). I'm going to Trimline to fix the botched job. read more

Update: 12 months later, the tint is still in perfect condition, no bubbles, no peeling, no color fade or color shift. The ceramic tint is amazingly effective at keeping the interior cool in the summer. read more

Mac looked at it and said this can be redone (acknowledging it came out wrong) but CANNOT be done on a Saturday because it will not be profitable for him. After 6 months of having the ceramic tint that cost 350$ it's starting to bubble and peal on corner windows. There is also I huge hair in the back window that has bothered me ever since I received the tint. Not to forget I'm 500$ down from spending a deductible for my insurance company to fix the razor blade scratched Mac did to my brand new 2022 Subaru. Guy is nearly blind and still does back windows... do not trust him with a razor blade when he outlines the window tint on your car. He dug deep into my window claming he thought it was glass. When confronting the damage immediately after tint was freshly installed, he decided to give me no receipt or proof of purchase for tint. He wanted me to trust his "integrity" to fix the damage. Over 6 months later I'm still in a battle with his insurance company and 350$ + 500$ down. If you have a new car this guy is great at creating the first scratch. read more

Estimate was about 2 hours to tint 4 side windows and the hatch back I dropped my car off no rush call me when done. Professional and friendly knowleable customer service. They were very helpful in choosing tint shade for each window. I went with the ceramic tint for added protection, I stayed with in the legal limits. Plenty dark enough. 9/13 Update I got the door panel fixed without any additional cost added onto me. The work Able's Restoration did is awesome! I can't even tell any different. Throughout this process Mac's windows tinting and Able's restoration were very polite and promptly, no party really wanted to drag this thing longer. Overall experience is very pleasant. The tinting job is fully dried, and it looks awesome! You can even use your suction based GPS holder and phone holder, no problem at all. I recommend you take your car to this place to get the job done. But remember to remind them about how fragile your 2017 Cherokee door panels are. lol read more
