The store is a charming boutique with a well-organized layout, featuring color-coded sections that made it easy to browse. There's also a wonderful selection of accessories and a clearance section, all at very reasonable prices. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional sales associate, Rasheda. She instantly made me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. After the decision fatigue I'd been battling from hours of dress shopping, Rasheda worked her magic and pulled dresses I never would've considered but ended up loving! When I got back to my home, I sent the items to St. John. It had been 35 days, and I noticed they have a 10 day return policy. I wrote a note explaining the situation. I also wrote to the management. The day it arrived at St. John, they shipped it back to me, refusing to refund or even offer a credit. The items were still available at full price. This is not "luxury" treatment in any way. I am so disappointed in the lack of true customer service. Worse, they sent a standard form letter saying they had reviewed my request... but the quick return to me shows this was not true.
