But Ted made my exchange and sneaker selection easy. He was helpful and didn't act like he wanted to be anywhere else but at work. That's generally the energy you get from people at that store. Management sucks and so do the staff but Ted is one of kind and should run one of those stores before they lose all they're clientele to other locations. I got good prices on the shoes too. When I wear one, it makes me feel professional and handsome without feeling too over the top formal. The customer service in the store was very nice, I brought in two shirts that were a little bit too large for me that I had received as a gift.
