During that conversation Nancy said there will be a $200.000 deposit (I thought this would go towards the end balance). We requested a 4 hour option with 4 member team. No qoute was given of how much this would cost. The day of...the 4 member team came out Stove, High (fans) & Lows (baseboards). They spent approximately 3-3.5 hours with some areas mostly the bathroom & the missed vacuuming of the Master's bedroom closet. When it was time to leave the team leader with at least 3 members came back (disturbing the carpet that was vacuumed) leaving footprints throughout the house. Checking my account we noticed a $589.57 withdrawal. We called Nancy asking why the $200.00 wasn't deducted from the total, but added making our total $789.57 for a cleaning.
