My daughter took them a necklace that was 22k gold and they told her it was only 18k and then after…read moreshe went and had it tested again at another establishment and they confirmed it was in fact 22k she returned and the owners daughter was extremely rude and wouldn't even test it again she just quickly told her they wouldn't help her at all. Seems like they are taking advantage of people by offering them payment on lower k than what it actually is. And after having it tested by 6 other gold or jewelry dealers I'm confident in my statement that they are ripping people off!!! So be cautions if selling anything to them!!

I have never before taken time out of my day to write a negative review for anything, let alone one…read moreof my favorite franchises. I drove out to the GameStop mall location at 8:00 pm the night before the Xbox and PlayStation Black Friday release. When I lined up I went to the door nearest the GameStop where 2 people had already lined up. I had drove twice around the building and saw that these were the only other people in line. I stood in line for 4 hours until I was joined by someone else at midnight, who had to driven around and verified there was no other line forming at any of the other mall entrances. This to me was assurance that me (number 3 in line would receive one of the 4 guaranteed consoles. When 5:30 am rolled around the mall employee unlocked the door and then we saw 3 people running to the GameStop from another mall entrance that was further away but unlocked before ours. These when we( all 15 people that had lined up behind us) got to the GameStop we informed the GameStop employee of the situation. He responded and I quote "That would be the malls problem" he then handed out the tickets for the consoles to the crowd at random. He handed out a total of 10 consoles. Having been 3rd in line and standing out there for 4 hours more than anyone behind me I received no console and I will now have to resort to paying 1000 on eBay to get a console in time for Christmas.
