When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. I am a very picky car lover with two small children who manage to make messes I never think will ever come out. Jim not only did an excellent job in buffing out the various nick knacks that the car had in the exterior and the car looked great. The interior has not looked this good since I bought the car and it is a joy to see it that way.
