There was zero communication and her work is mediocre at best. The dresses were covered in animal fur when picked up. She promised they would be steamed and wrinkle free but when I picked them up they were wrinkly even though I paid the extra for the steaming. I would not recommend you go here for alterations because she is a mess and is not reliable. Also, having your dog and cat run around the salon doesn't seem very sanitary and makes the place look trashy because there is dog fur everywhere! So gross.

She essentially cut the dress in half and remade a whole new dress. She added thicker straps, hemmed the bottom beautifully, removed a layer of unnecessary fabric, added breast pads, and gave me a beautiful shape by fixing the whole top half. The process was easy and fun. I will 10000% be coming back for future projects!
