There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Simon. My original plan for a dress fell through last-minute and I contacted him on a Sunday desperately looking for a gown that I needed for the next weekend. After asking a few questions about what styles I preferred, what I had in mind, etc. he sent me a link to the Jovani 47051 Peplum Skirt Off The Shoulder Corset Dress. I immediately responded, "YES! That's perfect!" I was blown away by how quickly he was able to pinpoint a dress that was exactly what I was looking for. It was as if he waved a magic wand and summoned the dress of my dreams in a matter of moments. But his magic didn't end there. As I was on a pretty tight schedule, I was worried we didn't have enough time to ship, but he assured me he would get it here in time (West Coast.) As promised, he shipped it out first thing the next day (Monday) and she was in my hands by Wednesday. I even had time to get it altered so it fit to perfection. I looked and felt amazing at our black tie event and couldn't walk ten feet without someone complimenting the dress. None of it would have been possible without Simon. He is the definition of someone that is not only passionate about what he does, but also someone that truly cares about his customers. I felt so taken care of and valued by Simon. I am extremely happy with the service I received from the owner Simon at Madame Bridal. I saw the perfect dress online and called their store to order it. I was a little nervous ordering it online without trying it on first because I had a "horrible" experience at Mario Pucci in Boca with a dress I bought in store and tried to "exchange" it 3 days after I purchased it and they would not let me. I spent $825 on the "mother of the groom" dress and there is nothing I can do with it now. They knew the wedding was not until December and I did not wear it. The tags were still on and alterations were never made. I highly recommend Madame Bridal. Online buyer beware! My daughter bought a prom dress from Madame Bridal with her own money. She used the fitting scale provided by MB to determine what size to order. When the dress arrived and she tried it on it was ridiculously oversized. The tailor couldn't do anything with it. It is my expectation that if a company uses a fitting scale that's posted by them, on their website, then it should be correct for most people. The scale on their site is off by at least 2 sizes, maybe more. Most companies when they have a flawed system will remove it when it's identified and help make it right with the customer, not Madame Bridal! (It seems intentional to me.) The complaints that I have are the same as all of the other one star mostly online purchase reviews. They are very bad at responding to emails. We sent several and then we were ghosted. When they do respond they direct you to a link with their return policy which for all of the words written basically says No Returns and implies that we measured wrong. Please look at it before you consider purchasing anything from them. I wish that I had been more involved with my teenage daughter's purchase because we might have noticed the warning signs before having her Senior Prom ruined and losing hundreds of dollars in the process. Lastly, if you want more evidence of who these people are, take a look at the owners dickish responses to the dissatisfied customers that have felt victimized by his company. I was recently at the private showroom in Wellington and I can't believe that such a gem exists in our small village. What a treat to be able to relax on a couch while my daughter tries in dresses to her hearts delight. Simone went above and beyond in helping my daughter feel like royalty until she finally settled on the perfect dress. We were there for an hour and not once was Simone anything other than kind, welcoming and insightful. I read a prior review that condemned this shoppe for charging sales tax, which really is out of their control. And Simone was nothing but forthcoming whenever I asked for the price of a dress. The prices ranged from very reasonable to pricey, but I personally enjoy have choices. When I inquired about the policy I received a very rude reply "Our return policy is crystal clear Shari." I understand the policy and finally saw it on the website, which I overlooked, but did they really have to be utterly condescending? I recently purchased a size 6 Mac Duggal sequined jumpsuit from Madam Bridal using the Mac Duggal size guide. The day I received it I contacted Madame Bridal to arrange for a size exchange to an 8. Madame Bridal was difficult to reach and when they finally did email me back, their reply was disrespectful and arrogant: They refused to exchange or refund the Mac Duggal jumpsuit and this was their response: "We always encourage our customers to order their actual size rather than a size or 2 smaller in the hopes that by the time they wear the garment they will fit in it. We will take up your case with the designer Mac Duggal." So, I posted a one-star review for Madame Bridal on Trust Pilot, Facebook, Yelp, Google Reviews, Trip Advisor, the Better Business Bureau, and Site Jabber. I received a text on my cell phone and this email from Madame Bridal: "Hi Jill, my name is Simon. I am the owner of Madame Bridal. I do want to start by saying that our response to your concerns was wholly inappropriate. Therefore this is what I am proposing. Please return the jumpsuit back to our store. I already refunded your account. I further would like to do the following. I would like to send you the size that you are looking for at no cost to you. I owe you another explanation... We just follow Mac Duggals policy. In other words we pay for these dresses just like to pay us. And Mac duggal has no refund policy for individual stores. In some intetances you can order directly from Mac duggal. In those types of situations Mac Duggal offers a full refund. What happens now is we will take your jumpt suit back and put it in our inventory in hopes of selling it one day. For all this we ask that if this offer is acceptable to you, please change your comments and your one star review on both sites. To sum everything up. Your account is fully refunded You can return the jumpsuit to the address above Tell me what size you will be needing as our gift Change your review to a better one I am copying the person in charge of our social media so he would make sure everything I promissed is done for you. My mother needed a mother of the bride dress for my wedding. We had a specific dress in mind and went to several bridal stores in our area. None of the stores had the dress, and the ones that could get it told us it takes much longer than my wedding date. My mother, who is a young mom, was looking for a more fitted dress and every store we visited had dresses that were much too conservative for her taste. My wedding day was getting closer and we were getting desperate. I finally went online and did a quick search. Madame Bridal came up as a retailer who carried the dress my mother was looking for. We immediately called the store and were greeted with a gentleman by the name of Simon who was very knowledgeable and assured us that he had my mother's dress in his wearhouse and could deliver it in 10 days. He also said that he is the owner of Madame Bridal. We ordered the navy blue Ivonne D dress right over the phone and received it in perfect condition in 3 days. It was a pleasurable experience and took a load of stress off our backs. I recently bought a Soulmates gown from Madame Bridal. It's a lovely gown, but just a bit on the snug side. I e mailed them twice and asked if I could exchange it for a larger size. When I didn't hear back from them I called their office. The gentlemen that I spoke to said they could not exchange it, as it was on sale, which it wasn't according to Madame Bridals website. The gentlemen said the only he could do was sell me another gown in a larger size for 10% off. He said it had shipped directly from Soulmates so there was nothing he could do, even though I had paid Madame Bridal directly for the gown. I called Soulmates and they said the did not have it in a larger size, even though their website said they did. So now I have a dress that doesn't fit and I'm out $370 dollars with nothing to wear to my daughters wedding. As an additional note Madame Bridal has accused me of lying about contacting Soulmates in their rebuttal to my review . I was in contact with Soulmates immediately following my phone call MB. This store has false advertisement. If you go to a designer website, it shows you the stores that carry their designs. Next you go to the store and in this case it took me to Madame Bridal's website. I did filters for what's in the store and did a specific color; the style we like and the size and it showed they have over 400 in the store; next we tried another size and it showed about 419 in the store. So we drive all the way to this store in what looks to be a going out of business mall. So we walk into what we expect to be a bridal store but find a little old male working in more of a storage facility. He explains the store doesn't actually carry any of the ones we wanted but instead they order the dress for you. Wow this sounded positive so maybe we could tell him what to order and we come back to try those on to find the perfect dress - nope not exactly. He orders the dress and you pay for it and it comes to your house. There is no way to try on various dresses to find what you like. You literally can't try any of the dresses on that you want until you first buy it and it just comes to your house like ordering online haha. This place is a complete waste of time and money. And for the record, you really need a female taking measurements of "under 18 year olds" who are shopping for school events. No mother is going to let some old man measure their daughter - not one female was working in this store. Very very creepy. The guy actually got a little mad at us and said find one store that carries more inventory but they all do - all evening gown and bridal stores carry more than they did. First communion dress, prom dresses, wedding dresses, etc. At some point everyone that strolls the Boynton Mall will come here for some reason. It shocked me to learn that when my brother was getting married my mother had the whole family looking every including online and hadn't stopped into this place. We're greeted and shown selections. We were told that we'd be limited to trying on three dresses for the visit. Unfortunately most of the gowns that my mom liked weren't in her size to try on. She really didn't want to risk ordering a dress that might look the same when it arrive or it arriving late. But our luck she finds a dress that she fell in love with in a Broward location selling for $300 LESS, and it's in her size, and they would do minor alterations at no extra cost! She put on the dress, twirled around a few times, put on some heels, did a whole photo shoot in the store (my mother is EXTRA). Their customer service was phenomenal! She came back for the dress and it was absolutely perfect. So many compliments on the dress and it looked just as good in the many pictures that were taken. Called the store and after several calls someone picked up to tell me my dress would be shipped out by the end of February. February came and again I called numerous times for a follow up and left messages. Called back a couple days later and Margie called and let me know she would be in contact with me and the dress is delayed until the end of March. I made it aware I needed the dress at that time at the latest since I would be leave for my wedding in April. Middle of March came and no updates from Margie or anyone. Called numerous times until someone picked up in which they told me my dress would be coming the first week of April which would be way too late. Now the owner was scowering other locations to get the dress in a different size and a 50% price reduction but it was too late. Don't understand why the last minute compromises started when I had been on top of trying to stay in communication with them. Terrible customer service and to top it off they claim they refunded me but it has been 3 weeks and no refund has been posted on my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

Went to one of their private showings. We called to make sure they fit our range but then showed dresses above and beyond. They are slow to share prices; I had to ask 3x's before numbers were shared. When the "final" price was given and charged there was communication on how tax was not included on the screen in front of me. So you leave thinking you are being charged 1 price but really they deceive you and add tax later so you are long gone before you know it. Will definitely not recommend. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. A 3-day return policy is absurd, and they won't take phone calls. They only reply to emails with automated responses - if they reply at all.
